Elona the facility manager treated my as if i was a long time friend coming for a visit from the moment i arrived in the middle of the night,I felt as if as was home with a touch of Greek luxury. She helps and guides you throughout your visit.. From accommodations with transportation to rental vehicle and even scheduling my excursions, I was amazed and still in awe of the treatment i received. I can’t wait to come back with my entire family!

We had a great stay at Santoterra. The reason I am giving 4/5 stars is because reception and the bar were closed early around 3pm everyday during our stay. However, reception did advise that they planned to hire more staff to keep this open longer shortly, which would make the place amazing. Loved the huge room and the pool area is great. We also received breakfast every morning, which was nice. There is not a lot close to the location but you can walk into town and to a nearby beach/beach bar within 20 minutes. The hotel was also great and helpful for arranging transfers and car rentals.

We just returned from our week stay at the suites for our honeymoon. The suites are beautiful, exactly as the pictures. Rooms are cleaned daily to a very high standard. Coffee machine, hair dryer, iron and cooking equipment are provided. Maria the manager was very accommodating. She even went as far as arranging the room to be ready a few hours prior to the arranged check in time, we travelled through the night and were very tired so this was very much appreciated. Always just a phone call away if/when needed. We hired a car and would recommend doing so if you plan to visit Fira daily or explore the island. If not, taxis cost €10/15 euro each way to the capital, handy if you plan on having a few drinks. Overall a very memorable stay! We will most certainly return! Thank you

Die Suite war einzigartig. Schön gemacht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und der Flughafen ist ca. 3 Km entfernt. Das Frühstück ist ok aber entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Man hat sehr wenig Auswahl. Die Suite ist zu empfehlen.

Instalaciones buenas, pero recepción mala.

Los apartamentos y zonas comunes están muy nuevos y limpios. Sin embargo, la atención de recepción no es buena. La comunicación y hacerse entender no es fácil, y no es por el idioma. Tambien, hay que tomarse con mucha calma el desayuno ya que necesitas media hora para que te atiendan o sirvan. Empieza a las 8am y hasta las 8:30 no había nadie uno de los días.

Déçu des prestations

Lors de notre arrivée dans l'hôtel, la réception était vide car la personne était à la plage (nous sommes arrivés vers 16h). L'appartement était très bien mais le deuxième jour nous avons été privé d'électricité pendant plusieurs heures (de 11h du matin à je ne sais quelle heure car nous sommes partis ne pouvant cuisiner dans l'appartement). Et en plus de cela la connexion internet n'a pas fonctionné a plusieurs reprises pendant notre séjour. A chaque problème la réception était malheureusement très vide. L'hôtel était toujours désert avec la réception bien vide!
