Our stay was excellent! We arrived after midnight & the porter was waiting for us to walk us to our villa. The villa was spacious & was fully stocked for our breakfast. The garden/patio area was spacious & the views were breathtaking!

We never write reviews but in this case, we just had to. Giannis and Katerina were wonderful hosts. Before our trip Katerina send us many recommendations as to what to do and experience in Santorini. She also organized our transportation and answered all our questions always replying within the day. Once we were there Giannis met us to welcome us to the villas and again shared with us suggestions about what to do. Once we finally settled on activities, he made all the arrangements for us. Their staff were also so lovely and attentive to all our needs. They truly made our vacation memorable. As for the villas itself one word AMAZING. It was very clean, well-stocked and spacious. The view is everything. We had the best of time. Thank you Katerina and Giannis!

Our stay with Ifestio Villas was amazing! Such a beautiful room with amazing views! Katerina was extremely helpful after booking with setting everything up, including list of activities on the island, booking our transfer/porters, etc. she was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Once there Danae was very helpful also! Met us when we got dropped off, showed us to our villa, gave us a map and shared best locations nearby to visit. The room was beautiful and stocked with complimentary food/drinks. Overall, an amazing stay. Would recommend the Hercules Villa to anyone!

Amazing Place to Stay in Santorini

Amazing !!! We loved our stay. Perfect location, everything Katarini arranged went like clockwork from transport to and from airport to porters for luggage. There are lots of stairs but the location is definitely worth the effort. Loved sitting in gin hot pool at night with view of caldera. One of our favorite travel memories

The location and view cannot be beat but be prepared for the 120 steps of various widths and heights. We are all physically fit so it was not problem for us but this should be noted on Expedia and the website for the villas. The villa was clean but it was HOT. There is only one small air conditioning unit and it does not keep Villa Agis cool. The master bedroom was miserably hot even with the door open, which sucked for us because we would have preferred the privacy given that it was our wedding anniversary. However we did not want to melt so we had to keep the door open. Also, the only bed clothes on the beds are fitted sheets and a comforters. Given the interior temperature of the villa, a single top sheet would have been appropriate. As other reviews have stated, breakfast is a loaf of bread, some jam, some ham, and some sliced cheese. That would not even come close to feeding our 5 kids who ranged from 17 to 23. Luckily there are bakeries nearby so we bought a variety of savory breakfast pies every morning. The safe in Villa Agis was not operational so we had to carry all of our cash, jewelry, and passports around with us for four days. That added a lot of weight to my purse. The outdoor furniture is in disrepair so that was a disappointment. Also the pool was far too hot to get into. We were looking forward to using it to cool off but it was 34.5 C!! We asked for the temperature to be turned down and it was but it never got cool enough for us to swim in.

Endroit superbe. Très bien placé. Communication très limitée, le propriétaire était là juste à l'arrivée. Il y a eu une erreur de chambre, notre chambre était déjà occupée, on nous à mis dans une autre plus grande. Les voisins nous ont signifiées de façon peu aimable qu'on devrait changer le lendemain matin. Aucune nouvelle du propriétaire. Le petit déjeuner est quelquonque

A dream villa in Oia!

Most incredible place I’ve stayed! It was a dream to stay in the Villa Hercules. Katerina and her team was wonderful with helping plan and find the best spots. The villa was spacious, clean and had everything you need and more! Incredible location, walking distance to all the best spots in Oia.

Great location within walking distance to most anything. Katerina was always available and made suggestions and reservations for us. Be prepared to climb stairs as this villa is at the bottom but is worth the stairs. Would stay again.

This property has an absolutely breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea and all of Oia. The outdoor terrace with the private pool was our favorite place to hang out. This cave house is so unique and was perfect for our party of 6 girls.

Location is fantastic but one needs to be ready to walk up & down a little bit. The owner / caretaker is very helpful. Staff is very friendly. If you have heavy luggage, ensure you get the help of a porter. We got this help.
