Super happy with my stay! It’s close to everything. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Bus stop is also close if you decide to do that instead of renting a car. Highly recommended!

Very nice and quiet place just a few minutes walk from the center of Fira. Staff is welcoming and friendly, they offered towels for the pool and any help we needed. It was very nice to have a comfortable room to relax after the commotion of Fira’s Main Street and bars.

Andreas at the front desk was a very friendly and helpful person. He recommended some excellent restaurants and places to go. Hotel was cozy and had a pool. Location was good and in walking distance to many restaurants and sights. Breakfast was simple but a good start to your day.

Staff are excellent, rooms basic but clean and comfortable. Good location (but on a hill). Pool umbrellas prevent sun bathing, lots of shade. You can hear light switches, taps/showers/toilet flushing from neighbouring properties, but no noise from outside. Great if you're a sound sleeper! Mini mart at top of the hill, sunset views 15 mins uphill, bus station 8 mins away.

There was an uphill street from hotel to get to the main road. Breakfast had a limited choices. They need to add variety of bread and cheese as well as provide orange juice that is not just water with sugar and color. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic stay! Close to a lot of amazing restaurants and breathtaking views along the caldera. Staff (Cindy and also the young man who worked the evening shift) were both always super helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff did a great job and always friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice small hotel, clean and modern. The only negative was that the room and bathroom were very small, we barely fit our luggage. Staff was very helpful and nice, they even helped us rent a car and was brought to our hotel. Parking is free. Easy and quick check in. They provided shuttle from the port. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that. Close to Monastiraki Square. As I said, the only negative was the small room.

There was no hot water. I told the woman at the front desk and confirmed the direction of the turning the knob (left as normal), and she said there should be hot water. We returned to the room after going out, and when I tried the shower, still no hot ( or even barely warm) water. The next morning was the same result. I mentioned it again to the young man at the desk the next morning. He mentioned something about the boiler, but sounded like everything was good. He was kind enough to comp the breakfast after telling me it wasn’t included. When we checked in, the woman pointed out where breakfast was, implying that it was included. Nice place and location, just unfortunate that there was no water. Thankfully, we were staying just one night.
