• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

• No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony.
• Please use designated smoking areas outside the building.
5. Pets
• No pets allowed.
6. Parties & Events
• No parties or events are permitted.
• Please respect the property and neighbors.
7. Damages & Breakages
• Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages during their stay.

If bedding (sheets, towels, pillowcases) is stained with substances such as blood, makeup, or similar products and cannot be cleaned, an additional charge will apply for replacement.
