Great location, good price, safe but they need to clean and spray for Bugs on the kitchen

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
The palce is in a good location. However, they do not have alternative source of power. So, if you consider renting be sure to carry a torch o a lamp in case there is power failure. Also, be prepared because you may not be given the apartment you chose or paid for. This has happened to me twice. Also, although there is a gas cooker in the kitchenet it has no gas cylinder. So, do not expect to cook warm or even boil anything there as there is also no microwave I think they can do better.
