For the price everything was fine but the rooms are super tiny not like the pictures represent and only 2 towels in room no garbage can no windows it felt like a fancy prison cell

It is a 3 star for RD, not more but not less either. Staff is outstanding and afable. There is no lift, but you can ask for help. You need to ask for cleaning service of the room. It is a very good place to crash for a couple of nights and price is according to facilities.

I was supposed to be there for 9 nights . I didn’t have hot water it was hard to explain no one spoke English. However before I left I told the manager I will give a good review on translator I spent 3 days there out of 9 nights . They never returned part of my payment and I try to get Expedia involved but they block you out whenever there a complaint I ended up going to my bank over this matter. I’m disappointed I need to battle over this . I will stop fighting this one because it’s wrong

I only have one complaint. A young woman at front desk went knocking on my hotel door when I had the do not disturb sign up. She was impolite and insisted that the maid needed to finish cleaning when all that was left was to place new towels in bathroom. I was also charged $500 pesos for a broken light bulb upon leaving which in sure was not broken by me.
