「予約した写真の部屋とは程遠い部屋に案内されました。案内された部屋のトイレには便座がなく、部屋を変えてもらいました。変更した部屋では所々照明がつかず、また、シャワーは5分ほどでお湯が出なくなりました。2泊しましたが、両日シャワーは途中でお湯が出なくなりました。評価が良かったのでこのホテルを選びましたが、とても残念でした。運が悪かったのかもしれないですが、全体的にお勧めはしません。」

「施設はシンプルで、必要にして最低限にまとめられています。夕食は出来ないようですが、朝食は準備されます。施設はパンナムハイウエーに近いため、少し歩けばレストラン、ショッピングセンター、スーパーマーケットへ行くことが出来ます。タクシーを使えばイカ市内の色々なレストランへも行けます。ワカチナオアシスもタクシーで１０分程でで行けます。」

「Personnel extrêmement disponible et très aidant. Nous n'y avons pas dormi car arrivés par le bus de nuit tôt le matin, mais ils sont venus nous chercher à l'arrivée du bus, le petit déjeuner nous attendait (simple mais correct vu le prix) et nous avons pu nous allonger un peu et prendre une douche avant d'aller survoler les lignes de Nazca, bien coachés par le personnel de l'hôtel.」

「Matryoahka was a convenient and easy place to stay in Ica. The rooms were a decent size, and the bathrooms were new and clean. The staff were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early after arriving on an overnight bus. It's not super close to the centre, but it is on the way to Huacachina, so for us that was more of a benefit.」

「The staff, especially Stephanie, was fantastic. We were late to check in and were greeted at the door with a welcoming smile. We were assisted in ordering in food and were offered breakfast before our very early morning check-out. The hotel is a quiet and peaceful alternative to staying right in Huacachina.」
