ワカチナの三つ星ホテル

「予約した写真の部屋とは程遠い部屋に案内されました。案内された部屋のトイレには便座がなく、部屋を変えてもらいました。変更した部屋では所々照明がつかず、また、シャワーは5分ほどでお湯が出なくなりました。2泊しましたが、両日シャワーは途中でお湯が出なくなりました。評価が良かったのでこのホテルを選びましたが、とても残念でした。運が悪かったのかもしれないですが、全体的にお勧めはしません。」

「It's quieter than nearby hotels. There is no air conditioner, only a fan. Even when it was time for breakfast, it wasn't ready. The staff are helpful.」

「Was pleasantly suprised with this Hostel. We had a private room with bathroom. The room was updated nicely, had AC, and the bed was nice. We had a view of the Oasis from our room. It was loud but during the day, when the bar/restaurant closed at 11pm the music turned off and was quiet (no need for earplugs even). Food was okay, breakfast wasent anything fancy but it was included. When we visited all the roads had been dug up so the area around the hostel wasent the easiest to walk around.」

「It is at the end of a U shaped pathway around the oasis with a great view on the pool side of the dunes. Very close to restaurants and other fun places around like banana bar. At the same time, its quiet despite the music nearby all night. Nice rooms and the make good trip reccomendations. Definitely safe.」

「It was a great get away with my family. Nevertheless I think there’s much more they can do for the guests. The restaurant options are very limited, no food after certain hours and lack of information of the activities. I was following where the rest of the guests were moving to find out what was the next activity. We went to spend new year’s eve and the party was very disorganized, we didn’t know that we have to bring our own drinks and food, nothing to eat or dip. 40 min before midnight I...

「Agradable 」

「Hotel invadido por moscas. Moscas por todo lado, inclusive en los dormitorios. No se puede ni tomar desayuno, porque todas las moscas se paran en la fruta, jamonada, queso, en los vasos. Es terrible, tuvimos que retirarnos al día siguiente. Falta un buen administrador en el hotel definitivamente, de nada sirve tener una piscina muy bonita. Su cocina terriblemente sucia. 」

「Un hotel u hospedaje de retiro familiar se caracteriza por su lealtad a los clientes, la privacidad y/o el trato de los colaboradores a nosotros, es un punto que este hotel no cumple no lo recomiendo a nadie si bien es cierto el gerente Juan es una excelente persona y muy profesional pero sus colaboradores no tienen la mínima idea del trato que deben recibir los huéspedes. 」

「Bueno en la habitación no había agua caliente para tomar baño tenía que estar llamando a la recepción para informar que no había agua caliente pero se tardaron mucho en resolver el problema era cada vez que quería ducharme no había agua caliente otro punto en el restaurante uno hacía el pedido y se olvidaban después de esperar casi una hora en las mañanas el desayuno es a las 7:00 de la mañana pero no esta a esa hora se demoran en acomodar las cosas para el desayuno como 30 minutos muestras que...
