Recommended simple hotel in the old town

Nice simple hotel in the old town. There is an underground car park across the street (not free). The owner was very nice and made breakfast for us (for extra charge).

We enjoyed our short stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was close to so many points of interest and restaurants. The breakfast was served by our gracious host, who was very accommodating We plan to return to Santiago and will book here again.

Perfectly located in the old town, walking distance from all attractions and many restaurants and bars. My single room was perfect. Not too small. Quaint, with a little balcony. Late check-in was simple once prearranged.

This is an old hotel and too expensive for its quality. However the difference is made by its staff. No elevator but the staff promptly offer to carry up the luggage. Nice area for breakfast. The parking site is very close. They justify the price because it is located at a few blocks from the cathedral.

Central to Everything

Central to everything!!! Many places & choices to eat, have a dessert or just enjoy a drink ! Room was very cool, like it was culled from the remains of abandoned castle walls. Simple breakfast with great rustic bread/came warm. ++ meats, cheese, jams & coffee. All you need to start an amazing day of wandering. Safe location, safe in room. It is a bit loud on the stairs & the floors creak, but either enjoy the character or wear ear plugs. Room was cozy, warm & nice blanket! . Clean, hot, powerful shower ( loved it). Nice staff !! Would definitely stay again !! Easy walk from bus station!

Nice comfortable place to stay

Hotel was great. Had some miss communication as to getting into hotel beyond 7pm. But all is well.. Parking was just off about 50m from hotel and is under ground beside the police station. Safe area. Just behind the cathedral

The hotel was very convenient to the cathedral, the object of our visit. The hotel is small but had everything we need, clean bed, clean bathroom, decent breakfast included in our booking. The hotel keeper recommended a local restaurant/cafe which proved a real jewel, Cafe Marte
