John Day Fossil Beds National Monument

The male receptionist was not helpful and lazy. my room had a toxic smell to it that I couldn’t even sleep in the room. I wanted to shower but the shower was all dirty. I’ve never smelt a hotel or motel so bad. I definitely want my money back and I’m gonna be calling my credit card company and asking to reverse the charges unless you want to have somebody reach out to me the next two days and I won’t do that. Also, the room I supposed to have was 134. That’s the Expedia room and they gave me 234 and I have a prosthetic leg and I told him I was handicap and the guy didn’t care at all. I said well I reserved a room on the first floor, but I had to climb stairs with heavy bags. Dr. Gonter
