「The old farmhouse is amazing with lots of antiques and the property is so pretty. All the amazing details make this the perfect, relaxing spot to spend a few days. The rooms are quaint with all the special extras, and the reception from Anabelle and Jean=Pierre was wonderful! We had a great breakfast with pastry and charcouterie, etc. Couldn't ask for more!」

「This place is a little gem off the beaten path. It’s not far from the shops and restaurants and in a nice neighborhood. Everything has been updated so it feels clean and comfortable. The bed was great, and we’re a bit picky about our beds! Veronica is a great hostess, she was there when we arrived and very helpful to our requests. 「The couple who run the facility are engaging and very welcoming. We were greeted with a drink of choice and conversation to get to know our hosts as well as them getting to know us. The room was just as promised with a balcony overlooking the pool. We were given great advice on visiting some of the nearby sights. The location was perfect!! I celebrated my birthday while there and the host both greeted me that morning wishing me a Happy Birthday. Fabulous stay!!!」

「Fun, funky and artsy boutique hotel just a few steps away from the pedestrian shopping area and the park. Spacious room with a welcome decanter of port, but no in-room fridge or coffee maker. Wonderful staff and breakfast with a nice buffet selection and cooked to order eggs and bacon. Small inconvenience of no onsite parking and no place to pull over to unload bags. No lift, so be aware that even if you book the 1st floor, it's really the 2nd floor, as the first floor is "Piso Zero" there. 」

「Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again.」

「If I could rate this 6 stars, I would! Located just inside the Medieval wall surrounding the town of Obidos, the apartment was easily accessible from one of the entrances. Our gracious host, Rodrigo was an excellent communicator prior to our arrival and helped us with our luggage and getting settled.
