Drac 2 in a unique location on the first line of the sea on the fine white sandy beach in Cala Santanyí, a small and quiet bay surrounded by pines in the southeast of Mallorca, about 50 km from the airport. The apartment has a very large terrace with fantastic views of the entire cove. Half of the terrace is covered and is furnished with 4 sun loungers, a table and 4 chairs. This apartment has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and combi fridge. The property is fully furnished and equipped with Sat-TV, internet and central heating. A cot and high chair are provided upon request. Bed linen and towels, of course, are available.



Santanyí, where there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars, large supermarkets and a popular weekly market, is about 3.5 km away.



The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately.

Geniale Lage mit grandioser Aussicht

Wir waren schon das zweite mal hier und sind erneut begeistert von der Lage und der tollen Dachterrasse. Apartment 2 ist unser Favorit. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt, fehlt an nichts. Ein Elektrogrill auf der Terasse wäre super. Und 2 weitere Sonnenligen wären perfekt.

- die Nähe zum Strand - die große Terasse - - das wellenrauschen - große Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage Wir hatten erholsame Tage in Santany. Die badebucht war einfach traumhaft, Türkises sauberes Wasser, der Sandstrand wunderschön, allerdings in der Hauptsaison sehr voll, umso besser wenn man sich auf seine Terrasse zurückziehen kann. Die Koche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt nichts auszusetzen Wir hatten Glück, ruhige Nachbarn auf der Terrasse zu haben. Die angrenzende Terrasse ist nur mit einem Sichtschutz abgetrennt, könnte bei lauten Nachbarn evtl. Stören. Es gibt im gesamten Apartment nur Salzwasser - gewöhnungsbedüftig

Tolle FEWO mit traumhaftem Ausblick!

Obwohl das Wetter nicht so war, wie man sich das auf Mallorca vorstellt, hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Ferienwohnung ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet und die Dachterrasse ist der Hammer! Das einzige Manko waren die etwas zu weichen Matratzen, aber das zeigt ja nur, wie gut die Ferienwohnung gebucht ist. Der Service von Romy und Dagmar ist ausgezeichnet und deshalb haben wir für nächstes Jahr schon wieder reserviert! Ganz lieben Dank an das gesamte Team. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf 2025, auch auf das Drac Café. Uta Die Matratzen könnten einen Austausch gebrauchen und die Abgrenzung zu der Nachbarterrasse würde ich stabiler und blickdichter gestalten.

Die einzigartige Lage ist wirklich wunderschön, man schläft mit dem Geräusch der Brandung ein und wacht damit auf. Die Dachterrasse ist toll, wunderbare Sicht! Die Bucht ist traumhaft. Das Appartement ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Nov./Dez.) sehr ruhig, fast schon einsam. Kontakt vorab zur Buchungsabwicklung sehr gut. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas mau für Menschen, die gerne und aufwendiger als Nudeln mit Sosse kochen wollen. Teilweise vermissten wir zB ein Brettchen mehr oder auch ein geschärftes Messer wäre prima. Kleidung verräumen ist auch nicht ganz so praktisch gelöst. Wir waren zu zweit da, daher das kleine Sofa okay. Für 4 Personen vielleicht etwas unpraktisch. Kleineres Bad ist recht kühl zu der Jahreszeit (keine Heizung dort).

Insgesamt sehr gut, tolle, hilfsbereite,aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber!

Besonders die Dachterrasse lädt zum verweilen ein auch wenn das Wetter mal verrückt spielt. Die Nähe zum Meer ist einfach wunderbar! Dagmar und Romy stehen einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, auch in Sachen Ankunft, Abfahrt und Freizeitgestaltung! Seit fast 5 Jahren sind wir mit dem Service sehr zufrieden! Die Betten sind bzw. Matratzen der Appartements, insbesondere in Appartement 2 sind für uns jedes Mal sehr schwierig. In Appartement 2 teilweise durchgelegen. Eine Investition in neue, hochwertige Matratzen würde das Urlaubserlebnis und die Erholung definitiv noch steigern!
