"Room was clean but furniture, color scheme, blinds, etc are outdated. Pull out sofa was NOT comfy at all. Bed was very firm and lumpy. Pools and hot tubs were amazing. Food was amazing. Just gotta take care of the carpenter bee problem but once the sun goes down the bees go away and it’s enjoyable outside again. Staff was super friendly. Lovely to chat with. Super friendly to my kiddo."

"It was a nice vibe in the area I think they should have some lap blankets so we can sit outside maybe a fire pit or hot tub and privet walls. The inside was nice the 2 things I didn't like was the limit on the HVAC the room was cold witch made the bathroom floors colder and you can hear people from other rooms"

"Very cozy, Room, extremely clean and bed comfortable. Thanks for having the mattress cover on tip of the mattress, made it even softer. This was wonderful. The games and puzzle board set up in the lobby is so thoughtful. The pool area is very clean. Towels kept handy. Thanks for the nice selection of the tea and having lemon water and ice water available and love the popcorn treat. Your decor is homey and makes this a home away from home. The private porch balcony and rockers were very relaxing. The breakfast being sealed made it easy to stay and enjoy or grab for the time we need to hurry along. I found all of the staff very capable and professional, We witnessed a guest who was pushy and demanding and the young lady at the desk stayed in control and never left the conversation get out of hand. She kept her tone level and respectful and that defused the situation at that time. You can be very proud of your people. The location of the hotel is convenient to so much. "STAY AWAY from this hotel,drove 4 and a half HR from Connecticut.Room doors won’t open with card,bathtub sliding glass door fell off on my wife because it was not properly secured and hurted her,bed bugs, there was blood on the sheets, once I notified the door falling off , the manager refused to re accommodate me and my family. And wouldn’t give us the money right away so we can book another hotel so I had to search for another hotel and pay cash out of my pocket. Save a headache and don’t stay at this hotel in wyomissing PA location/Reading."

"Called front desk several times and no answer. HVAC was pretty bad. Called about this and we tried to tweak it so it was more comfortable but we gave up. Room seemed older and not very clean when we first arrived. Will probably stay at a newer hotel next time."

"The rooms are recently remodeled so up to date and clean. However, both our room and our son’s had an issue with the shade. There is a large bead on the chain to close it and it was caught inside the top. After a struggle it released. The rainy day and early season meant no outside swimming or amusement park. The inside pool is small and a lifeguard always on duty, 9:30-9:30. Hot tub is small - sits 6. It’s not great. I couldn’t see controls anywhere so jets aren’t strong. A small baby pool is great for the little ones. It says 1.5 ft deep but more like a foot. The bigger kids really enjoyed the big pool. Dinner at Penleys was ok. The Cobb salad great and chicken nuggets and fries typical. Our son got the brats. He enjoyed them but we both thought the gravy wasn’t needed. I would have liked some cooked marks on them. Mac and cheese looked good The only option for breakfast was the buffet. The only gf/df choices were scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit and granola. Oatmeal with topping choices would have been welcomed. Pancakes and waffles were precooked "

"It was really sketchy feeling when people living there are roaming the halls and making interesting noises in the night. Seemed like a halfway house hotel. Not going to lie! I walked into my room when I first got there and there was a nasty smell in the room which did not go away the entire stay. I decided to room with my friend at her hotel bc of how creepy it felt. Not a recommendation for anyone to go there. I did not feel comfortable! The breakfast sucked too and was completely under done! Grosssss "
