「The hotel itself is located along a busy stretch of expressway a couple miles from SJU airport. It’s about a 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pedestrian overpass has about 25 steps on each side.. not for someone with mobility issues. The elevator was not working. Parking is very limited. Check in was fast and efficient with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was comfortable though kinda small. Nice bed and large walk in shower. Nice little pool with bar...

「Honestly I had a good time here. No complaints. The staff was lovely. So kind and sweet and helpful. Also very attentive. They were fast and efficient. The place was clean and smelled very nice. The area was spacious. The AC was great, it got cold super fast. I loved it. The location is in the heart of everything yet secluded and I liked that. The water outside is warm so you can get in even if it’s a bit nippy. My 9 year old also loved his stay. 」

「Clean and cozy just as described. Getting in is a bit tricky with lots of keys and doors to get through but the host provided clear and concise instructions. Perfect for our one night in San Juan, bed super comfortable and clean. Would definitely come back.」

「I had an amazing experience at Conturce hostel for my first hostel stay. The place was spotless and impeccably clean. The staff were incredible, especially Edwin and Yeslady who were so kind and helpful. Even with a few mix ups on my end, they made everything easy. I would definitely return and suggest this hostel to anyone.」

「The hotel was clean and the room had a huge floor to ceiling window looking over the pool and beach. It was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but I recommend walking a short distance for better and less expensive food.」
