If you are looking to relax, away from the crowds this is the spot. Townhouse is as pictured, the bed was very comfortable with high end bedding. Ocean waves will lull you to sleep. Walk to the state park to unwind or just enjoy the beach. Neighborhood is beautiful. Plenty of good food along 30A.

Unit was clean and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything you might need for an extended stay. There are two balconies that look out over the Guif of Mexico, the unit itself is only steps away from the beach. Jared was very responsive to any questions. I had never a very enjoyable visit and hope to return someday.

Even on Iranian overcast day, the view from the balcony was spectacular

Perfect location for a quick little vacation! Our boys love being able to ride bikes in a safe and non congested area. Will definitely be back soon! :-)

Nice. Could use a dish rack. The 2 of us almost never use a dish washerOf dishes. Maybe that’s just our thing.

Perfect property and area for our family!

The property was great! It was clean and roomy and the double balcony and beachfront view was perfect! The easy beach access, chairs and umbrella along with the private beach area made the stay even better! We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful weekend trip!

The location is perfect, a very short walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We were also grateful for your prompt and helpful communication. Thank you for the quick to response with the wifi. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we would highly recommend your beach rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. A wonderful week at the beach!

A very nice property in an excellent location. We would book again. The private beach is just gorgeous in this area, nice and flat and clean. The property has a very good but slightly obstructed view because of the orientation towards the beach gate. The photos are accurate. But the view from the master is perfection. Overall the property is very nice. Host was super responsive and helpful. Beds were very comfortable (but had thin polyester sheets) and kitchen was very nice and updated. Bathrooms and showers were excellent. Our only suggestions: with the rather hefty cleaning and security deposit fees, it would be nice to have hot pads (!) and more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, real cotton sheets rather than cheap microfiber, and some beach towels supplied. Also rugs could use cleaning, other than that it was very clean. Bring extra paper goods!! Bring your beach towels!!

Beautiful family beach stay

We loved our stay! The location was perfect and everything was cozy. Hearing the waves at night as we fell asleep and walking right out to the beach in the morning was heaven.

Great Vacation

Our stay was perfect, Jared made everything easy and convenient during our whole time. The location of the property is on the beach and the property is set up for hassle free living and it is super secure. We will continue to stay here as the host and property are welcoming and gracious.

Great location

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it never disappoints. The location is perfect, private, and easy access to the beach. Nice and clean with all the necessities for your stay. Jared is great to respond and very helpful when needed. Definitely on our list of places to stay when at the beach.

Wonderful place to stay

We truly enjoyed staying here. Clean, nicely decorated, comfy beds and the View was great. Easy access to the beach. All communication with the Host was excellent. I would stay here again.

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, perfectly functional, well stocked kitchen and tastefully decorated. I subtracted a star for overall rating bc traffic was unmanageable. The private beach helps, and the laws against golf carts in the Walton Dunes community helped keep congestion down. I would go back during a time tha

Beautiful View-Steps from the water
