  • ***2 beach chairs & Umbrella setup daily March-October***Welcome to our luxury beach front home located on the white sand's of Seagrove Beach on 30A. Put your chair in the sand right at the water without having to fight for a space and being 3 umbrellas deep on the public beach access. Just minutes from either the popular Seaside or Rosemary Beach, our home is ideally situated for those who want both privacy and convenience. You will find local charm in the surrounding community, but our home provides modern, comfortable elegance. Home features Master suite with private balcony and oceanfront view, king sized bed, 2nd bedroom with private bath, king sized bed with 2 cozy bunks. Main level features open floor plan with additional oceanfront balcony, kitchen with quartz counter tops, and stainless appliances. Hardwood floors throughout with no carpet. Covered parking to keep your vehicle cool and out of the elements. No golf carts allowed on Walton Dunes grounds.

Beautiful family beach stay

We loved our stay! The location was perfect and everything was cozy. Hearing the waves at night as we fell asleep and walking right out to the beach in the morning was heaven.

Perfect property and area for our family!

The property was great! It was clean and roomy and the double balcony and beachfront view was perfect! The easy beach access, chairs and umbrella along with the private beach area made the stay even better! We will definitely stay here again.

Unit was clean and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything you might need for an extended stay. There are two balconies that look out over the Guif of Mexico, the unit itself is only steps away from the beach. Jared was very responsive to any questions. I had never a very enjoyable visit and hope to return someday.

Great Vacation

Our stay was perfect, Jared made everything easy and convenient during our whole time. The location of the property is on the beach and the property is set up for hassle free living and it is super secure. We will continue to stay here as the host and property are welcoming and gracious.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it never disappoints. The location is perfect, private, and easy access to the beach.
