Magnolia's House is a corner unit just steps to the community pool.

Magnolia’s House

Magnolia’s House was the best! Great location…we were in the middle of everything! Great beach, wonderful restaurants! It was the cutest house! You walked in and immediately felt like you were home. Walking distance to the beach as well as the pool. There isn’t one thing I would change about our stay! Easiest and most relaxing vacation ever!

Convenience to everything

This condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It's the end unit so very close to the beach and right in front of the pool . We enjoyed the welcome basket as well as the bathroom amenities. They also provided a hair dryer in each bathroom. We have stayed in Cassine Gardens many times and this was one of the nicest units.There are lots of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas too.The only negatives were that the beach in Seagrove is quite overcrowded and while we were there the water was very rough. It was a yellow and purple flag every day.

Magnolia House is very clean. Bikes were easy to use. Tennis courts were nice. Short walk to beach. Agent was quick to respond. We had a delightful stay. We highly recommend.

Perfection!

This condo was spotless and in the best location! Very easy walk to the beach. Mgmt communicated so efficiently and kindly. Great restaurants and retail within a quick walking distance. Ammenties galore! We can’t wait to return to this property.

Walk to the beach!

Absolutely loved this property. Upon check in, it was super clean, and beautifully decorated. Loved the layout of the house. Plenty of towels and wash cloths! The walk to Seagrove beach was so easy and convenient! We love this little town and this house we stayed in. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property!

We loved our stay at Magnolia House. The property was super clean and decorated nicely. Only had one issue with a slow draining bath tub and property manager was quick to stop by the next day to resolve. We loved the convenience of the pool right out the back door and the short 3-5 min walk to the beach. The only small gripe we had was that the TV in the master bedroom was unwatchable with the way it was positioned. I think if owner added a swing arm TV mount that it would resolve the problem. Overall great place and location. Already looking forward to next year!

Location

A few suggestions is to have a full length mirror in second bedroom. Tv's in bedrooms won't swivel to be able to watch. It needs suitcase racks in bedrooms. Living rm ceiling needs paint over large spot. Inform guest that washer and dryer are outside in closet. With all my negative suggestions, I will say the place was super clean and close to the beach. If I was to rate overall, it would be a 7-8 out of 10.

Great location and perfect house for our family!

Literally steps from the beach and pool! Everything we needed for the beach was there waiting for us and in great condition. We loved being able to cross the street and within 2 minutes have our toes in the sand. The house was clean and renovated and had all of the space and amenities you could want. We would definitely stay here agai and recommend it to our friends!

Excellent location to the beach and pool. Condo was clean.

We loved the location. Condo was as advertised. The washing machine was not working properly. We called on Monday. Had to follow up with service request on Tuesday. We did not here anything the rest of the trip. Not even sure if maintenance came to take a look. I understand things break down, just disappointed that nobody came out to even access the problem. If they did it was not communicated. Other than this inconvenience we loved the place.

Great beach townhome

Very nice townhome, exactly as pictured. Very convenient location, close to the public beach access, restaurants and Publix for groceries. Also, the pool is bascially in the backyard which was so nice. Great family vacation spot!

Lovely beach condo

I came and stayed here with a couple girl friends of mine. We absolutely loved this space - it is so close to the pool and the beach! Great parking, beautiful decor, and just cozy enough!

Great rental with wonderful management

We stayed with our 11 month old daughter and our friends and their 6 month old daughter and it was perfect. The rental is in a wonderful location and a short easy walk to the beach. Pool was also great and not crowded. We had issues with the ac not working and contacted management and they kindly worked on getting the issue resolved as quickly as they could. We had working ac late that afternoon. They were so easy to work with and great at communicating the timeline the work would be complete. I would definitely rent from them again. Overall the house was very clean…no sand on the floors (which is hard to come by staying at a beach place), large furniture was dusty and a little crummy underneath when looking for some of the babies toys, but that’s too be expected. I would recommend this place to family and friends and am likely to rent again myself. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Location

We were steps away from everything we could want. The beach was across the street. We were steps away from Goat Feathers were they will steam shrimp in old bay for you. There was pizza, Mexican, ice cream and coffee. The condo was beautiful and well maintained. We had lots of privacy and quiet.

Summer vacation at Magnolia

Everything as described, townhome recently renovated and the place is really cozy. Cassine Garden is very well located, it’s a walking distance to the beach and close to many restaurants. We will certainly return!
