We enjoyed our stay at Hilltop! The house was beautiful, it had everything you needed. I was surprised on how many kitchen items the house had (not that I did any cooking, because who cooks on vacation?! Not I! lol). The house was very spacious. Rooms were big, they had tvs in each room. They provided all things for the beach, plenty of towels. The pool was a good size, plenty of floaties. The water seemed to be on the warmer side, but I’m guessing it had to do with how hot it was outside! Everything was convenient, stores, dining, beaches(hop, skip and a jump for the beach access), anything you can think of. The communication was also great, Kitty (like a cat, meow ) and Maria were super helpful, they were kind and had all the answers to our questions. Thank you for making our stay memorable. See you next summer!

Perfect location and accommodations for our family. Private pool and golf cart enhanced the ease and enjoyment of our vacation. Heated, multi-level pool was perfect for our grandbaby (we loved it too). Great spaces to spend time to together and also spread out for quiet time to relax.

Overall decent stay

We loved the location of the house. Super close to public beach access and the golf cart was great. Had enough space for our group of 9. Stinky’s fish camp down the road was awesome. The house itself could use some updating and some of the repairs/workmanship in house weren’t great. The floors are unlevel and a tripping hazard. House also lacks kitchen essentials like baking sheets, mixing bowls and storage for leftovers. Was also disappointed there were no outdoor lights around pool for late night swims.

House was nice, we had a good time. I realize our stay was only 4 nights; however, we were only provided two dishwasher tabs and no additional kitchen trash bags. Had to make a run for both. We be a nice amenity to provide.

Fantastic Location!

We really enjoyed this house and the location is fantastic! It was perfect for our group. The pool, game room, and golf cart was great especially since we had several children in our group. The property management team was very responsive and great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!!

Great house and great location! Accurate description aside from the fact, they don’t tell you that they do have beach chairs and a wagon if needed. That would have been helpful to add to the description because we bought our own chairs and turns out we did not need them. Would give five stars, but had a few minor issues. There was sand in the bed the first night. Both of the bikes were not working order. They did replace them, but it was on the last day of our stay, so didn’t get to use much. Pool and golf cart were amazing!

Family friends trip

Amazing stay! House was clean and in a great neighborhood. The golf cart was a lifesaver when hauling stuff and people to the beach. The pool was also great for when we had enough of the ocean. Something to do for everyone. We didn’t ride the bikes, but they were available. Nice shade all day long on the back porch area. Definitely will be back! Thank you for the memories Hilltop Drive.

Great location, beautiful property

The location was perfect and a little bit quieter than the hustle and bustle of the town center. The public access to the beach was just down the road. The pool was a perfect size and we were able to spend some time there when the beach had double red flags. Great stay. Would rent here again.

Awesome stay

Loved we could bring our dog and the fenced in yard. Easy walk to the beach and refreshing to have the private pool to enjoy afterwards. Was so much fun for family and friends to hang out - thank you!

Easy peasy

Place was clean. There were childproof doors that went out to the pool which made me feel great since the kids room is on a different floor than the master and the pool door was next to their room. There were tons of towels for the beach and for showers. The public beach is within walking distance but the golf cart was great.

Great management company & propertt

From the moment of booking the rental company was on point. Communication before, during and after the stay were on par to the point that I already looked up the same week & property for next year. Recommend this property as it is very close to the beach, the pool is great, the extra garage room is excellent for kids and for a separate place for those that stay up later than others. Overall I give this a 10/10!

House was ok. TV’s were terrible didn’t work all the time. Pool furniture was all broke, game room was nice, furniture was not the best. The best part was it was clean and close to beach. Golf cart was great.

Santa Rosa Vacation

This was our second stay at this property this year . We were there back in May 2023 for a week stay . We enjoyed the area and home so much , we rebooked for a week in September 2023. We were just as happy with this trip as the first. If there was an issue , it was quickly resolved . The area , beach access , house , heated pool and golf cart were all fantastic to have with easy access to all. Fantastic! Looking forward to our next visit in Santa Rosa and this perfect property for my family .

Amazing 30A getaway

we stayed here for a summer vacay and it was perfect in every way. Perfect for families or a couple wanting a private getaway on the quieter end of 30A. it was awesome for wading into to cool off and for lounging. Location was awesome and a short golf cart ride to popular Gulf place or the beach. Included golf cart was super. Only short fall was there were no layout chairs around the pool as shown in the photos so if laying out by the pool is your plan, better bring your own. No one will stay here and not find paradise

Family stay

Overall went well. House is very charming. Location and amenities are on par with other houses in the neighborhood. May not be the new west house on the block but had everything you needed and I for one loved that it wasn’t the standard white/grey houses you saw all around us. Rooftop deck area was really nice. Game room was a fun late night thing to do once the kids were asleep. As someone with young kids, I appreciated the gated pool. Back deck was beautiful. Overall, no complaints. We will certainly be back.

Amazing Family Vacation

Beautiful home. Everything was as described. Check in was a breeze. Loved the fact that we had immediate contact with host if we needed anything. Super friendly had the best recommendations from them for food. 1st thing my husband said was we will be back!! Pool was refreshing. Would definitely recommend and book again!!

Family vacation

Our family loved this house! It was perfect for our beach vacation. Easy access to the beach on the golf cart. We very much enjoyed the gameroom and private pool. We will book this house again!
