Welcome to 'Concho Pearl!'

This charming Seagrove escape is loaded with everything you need for an unforgettable 30A getaway!

Step inside to a bright, open-concept living space filled with natural light, warm wood floors, and inviting coastal decor. The spacious living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, including a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, surrounding a large TV, making it the perfect place to gather after a day at the beach. Just beyond, the dining area features a beautiful table beneath a statement chandelier. The fully equipped chef's kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, featuring beautiful white cabinetry, high-end appliances, ample counter space, and a large island bar with seating for 5. Also on the first floor, you'll find a half bathroom along with the first bedroom, which has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

Step outside to your own private backyard oasis, where the private pool invites you to cool off after a day in the sun. Relax on the poolside loungers, fire up the BBQ grill for dinner, or enjoy meals together on the covered patio while overlooking the pool!

Up on the second floor, you'll find the laundry room plus the remaining three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The next bedroom has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The final bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

For added entertainment, there is a game room located in the garage, featuring a foosball table and arcade games!

Perfectly located in Seagrove Beach, you're only a 5-minute walk from the sugar-white sand and emerald Gulf waters. You're also within walking distance to Greenway Station, and just a short LSV/golf cart or bike ride away from tons of local restaurants, shopping, dining, and entertainment!

There is parking available for 3 cars in the driveway!

Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
