Welcome to Morning Star, a prime-location guest cottage in Seaside, Florida, located directly across from the beach and only 69 feet to the beach access on Odessa Street! It is only a 5-minute walk to downtown Seaside with over 35 shops and restaurants within walking distance from your front door. This coastal cottage is new to our program and radiates beach vibes with its tasteful, light teal exterior. Guests can locate this cottage entry down a sandy footpath surrounded by white picket fences just off of HWY 30A in Seaside proper.
As guests reach their destination surrounded by the sounds of the Gulf across the way, they are greeted by an inviting fenced front yard area with plenty of shade and lush greenery. Step inside a blue entry door to a small foyer with stairs leading to the combined open living up and doors to the left leading to the queen bedroom. The queen bedroom down has privacy doors to the foyer, a large mounted flat-screen TV, a dresser for storage, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The private renovated bathroom has a single vanity and a large glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a rain head. The first story is solely devoted to this queen room area, allowing for the perfect balance!
Guests can head up the staircase by the front door to land in an open living area with comfortable, cushioned seating for all, a dining table for two people next to a flatscreen TV, high ceilings, and plenty of windows, allowing for the famous Florida sunshine to radiate throughout the spacious level. Next to the living area sits a fully equipped kitchen space, inclusive of a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, mounted microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and an oven with an electric stove top to allow you the full convenience of cooking meals at home. The adjacent private balcony features seating for two and stellar views of the town and the happenings overlooking Highway 30A.
