With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in the main house and a separate 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest house, there's space for everyone—up to 14 guests in total. The guest suite offers convenient pool access directly from the bathroom, so no one has to trek through the house with wet feet. Out back, you'll find a private pool and spa, a cozy fire pit, a fun putting green, and stunning views of the adjacent golf course—all designed to help you relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Whether you're unwinding poolside, grilling out, or heading to the beach, Loop Doggy Dog is your laid-back coastal escape.
Inside, you'll find an open, airy layout, a chef's kitchen with everything you need to entertain, and a large mudroom/laundry space ideal for post-beach clean-ups. Designed as a former full-time residence, every corner of Loop Doggy Dog has been meticulously cared for offering premium comfort, thoughtful design, and plenty of storage. Whether you're practicing your putt, relaxing poolside, or enjoying a sunset stroll to the beach (just 5 minutes away!), Loop Doggy Dog is your home base for unforgettable 30A memories.
Private Pool & Spa ~ Heating:
Pool Heating is available from November through April to ensure a comfortable swimming experience during the cooler months. However, please note that heating is not available when outdoor temperatures fall below 50°F. This is because heat pump pool heaters become significantly less efficient in colder conditions and may be subject to increased wear and tear. For this reason, pool heating is only offered when temperatures allow for safe and effective operation!
Parking:
The driveway that can fit four vehicles. No on street parking allowed.
Reservation/Booking Policy:
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. (Please see contract at the time of booking for further information)
