  • Dogwood Delight Features
    - Private Pool on a huge double lot - pool heating available October through April for an additional fee (hot tub in photos is not available)
    - Landscaped and fenced-in yard. The double lot offers more privacy without another home immediately next door.
    - Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 45 pounds or less, and non-shedding. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.
    -1 Block to Dogwood/Thyme Beach Access. Beach service available at this entrance.
    -1 Block to Seaside and 2 Min Bike Ride to the Seaside Shopping and Dining District. You will be close to all the popular 30A spots while still enjoying a quiet part of the neighborhood. Best of both worlds!
    - Access to 4 Taxi Bikes, serviced regularly to ensure they are in top shape for your arrival
    - Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances
    - Outdoor dining on 2nd floor balcony. Catch glimpses of the Gulf while you dine al fresco
    - 1st floor sitting room with conversation seating set
    - Dining table with seating for 5 plus breakfast bar seating for 5
    - Smart TVs with streaming services and WIFI throughout home (no cable)

    - At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee

    We are in love with Dogwood Delight! This pet friendly home on a huge double lot is perfect for large families plus their pup to reunite for a relaxing vacation experience. Only 1 block to the Dogwood/Thyme beach entrance and a 2-minute bike ride to shopping and dining in Seaside. You are so close to the beach, you can see the crystal blue waters from the balcony! This spacious home, both inside and out, welcomes you for a chic and comfortable vacation in historic Seagrove.

    Area Construction - Our area is getting more popular each year! There is a possibility of nearby construction, community changes and projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.

Beautiful House! The pool was lovely and super warm (we paid for heat). The beach, dining & shops very walkable from location. We had a great time.

Nice Beachouse

We enjoyed our stay. Pool was great for the kids, and beach entrance is just a short walk away, very easy to go up and back throughout the day. The town square and restaurants are a short walk as well. Would stay here again.

Stay at Dogwood Delight

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Dogwood Delight. The location was perfect for walking around Seaside and Seagrove, and the house itself was beautiful! Perfect for a family vacation along with our dog.

We ended up extending an extra night as we enjoyed our stay at this house. Best surprise was the in cabinet ice maker ( separate from freezer)! This meant ice for the beach was ready for us each day!

30-A friends trip

Perfect weather, nice house, amenities supported our group of 8 very well. Great beach access with a nice pool. One trash can liner and one roll of paper towels seemed a little odd for the price we were paying. Overall a nice time.

Truly one block from the beach and one block from Seaside. Not a high traffic street which was also a plus! Would definitely stay there again.

Nice house

Just know when it says bedrooms on first floor it is the lower floor and that is all on that floor. Living areas are all upstairs. Housekeeping needs to step it up, very inconsistent as far as towels and toiletries.

It was even better in person and so close to the beach which made the trip so much more relaxing. It’s waking distance to seaside and the food trucks. I will definitely be booking again next summer. Fabulous!!

Wonderful House. Large open rooms. Love the family room on second floor. Large kitchen where more than one cook can work at same time. The porches and the backyard pool area was everybody’s favorite. Location of house was absolutely perfect. Only 3 minutes walk to beach and Seaside Town Square. My only suggestion is that it would have been nice to have a few coffee pods, tea bags, cooking oil, etc. in the house when we arrived.

This home is in a great location set on a large, fenced in yard. Very convenient location just outside of Seaside. We did not get into our car once during our entire stay. We rode bikes on the trails and walked into town daily. We loved our stay.
