We had a great stay with our family of five. Having a bedroom for every person was wonderful. The common areas had comfortable seating for all of us. The tower views were great and we enjoyed having coffee there every morning. The bathrooms are a little tight, but it worked fine for our family. The location can’t be beat and we walked to the public beach access every day in less than five minutes. The heated pool was a highlight. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels provided. We found the beds to be very comfortable with quality lines. We would stay again. Host was kind and helpful.

This house is just amazing! We had the perfect trip! Fabulous location; lovely home; nice, big bedrooms! Our favorite was the sofa! I have never seen one where you can adjust the depth. We LOVED it and all want one in our homes! The host was so gracious, offering us the house early! I will be back for sure! Just one small detail, there is a light switch which must be turned on before the dishwasher works. That had us stymied for a bit.

This house was perfect for our Fall Break!Floor plan layout provides privacy and space for all guests. Centrally located and short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Neighborhood is very quiet.

One of our best vacations in Old Seagrove!

We’ve vacationed at different properties in Old Seagrove over the last 10 years and this rental was by far our favorite. We especially loved the crows nest with oceans views, updated pool with jacuzzi jets, and beautiful finishings. We’d definitely come back!

Great house and location!

This property was great for our family! We loved the pool, and the enclosed porches and the golf area were great for our kids! The layout of the home was so unique and family friendly as well. Well stocked kitchen and beach towels were a bonus! Plenty of parking and the close proximity to Seaside were both great features.

"Perfect Beach House Retreat Steps from Seaside!"

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house! The house itself was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Its prime location, just a short walk from both Seaside’s charming shops and restaurants and the stunning beach, made it perfect for exploring and relaxing. The proximity to the shore meant we could easily pop back and forth for beach days, and the nearby town offered plenty of dining and entertainment options. The house’s cozy vibe and modern amenities created a welcoming home-away-from-home. We’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fantastic beach getaway!

Perfect location

We loved the location of this house. Very short walk to both the beach and. Seaside. Owners responded quickly to every question we had. We had 6 adults and two toddlers and this house could accommodate more than that easily .

Wonderful Home in Seagrove!

We loved every minute of our stay here because of this wonderful home--we enjoyed the large kitchen and pool and it is steps from the beach--and the bedrooms are separate and quiet for reading and chilling out.

Excellent place and fantastic owners!

Perfect place to stay on 30a! Close walk to beach access and quick beautiful walk into Seaside. Pool is perfect for a small family. And we’ve never had better hosts anywhere we’ve been! Always very accommodating and I’ve never seen better communication and responsiveness. Thanks Greg and Iva! Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Great stay

This was our first time in Seaside. The location of this home is ideal. One block from the cobblestone streets of Seaside and very walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. Public beach access is a 3 minute walk which was ideal. There's a beach wagon at the house which was great for pulling our kids and beach things. Our kids (and us) spent so many hours in the pool. House layout was nice as grandparents stayed on the main floor and our family with kids had the upper level. Of note, lots of stairs and they're windy so be careful with littles. So many fun outdoor spaces. Cupboards are not stocked with anything (coffee, spices, oils, etc) but wasn't a big deal. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Our Second Stay Here in 2024

We love this place! Its in a perfect location between beach access and downtown shopping and food. The house offers plenty of room with great amenities. One of my favorite pools as well, kids love it, and they offer a heating option. A perfect relaxing area on the second floor with swings. Hammocks and a small putting green were great entertainment at the front of the house. At night, the lights of the house and pool offer an amazing vibe for relaxing family time. Highly recommend this place if your debating! This was our second time staying this year, and hopefully we will get to return soon!

Wonderful stay in heart of Seaside

Loved this house and the location. Within walking distance to beach and Seaside. The house is exactly as listed and worked perfectly for our family of teens. It was quiet and allowed separate area for adults and teens. Would definitely book again!

Summer getaway

Last minute booking of a beach trip turned out great. House was clean and pretty, looks even better in person than photos. Hosts were great to communicate with too. Close to seaside and beach access. 5 min to either. I will rent this house again!!

Oasis in Seagrove

This home was the perfect spot for my teen girls and I to soak up time with my mom. We stayed upstairs and she had the perfect retreat on the first floor with a private living area and bathroom. The beach was super close as was Seaside but when my mom was needing a rest, we spent time in the amazing pool. Being a corner lot the pool is an oasis protected by the home, trees and street adjacent only to a home across the street with no balconies, decks or pool visible. The most private home in the neighborhood in my opinion. The putt putt was very fun! Location was amazing but the home could benefit from a no parking sign as a handful of cars parked in front of the house and at times blocked us in being such a prime location to Seaside. The house has many levels and nooks which made it super fun to experience. The main level is open concept though making it easy to connect with each other when we wanted to. The upstairs bathroom was wonderful, however as an interior designer I could see how a renovation of the space could provide for more people to utilize it at one time. This is not to say it was an inconvenience at all. I had seen a review that the bathroom was not ideal and it was very doable for our family; but a larger shower rather than a soaking tub would be nice for sharing along with a larger vanity/sink. Overall this home was perfect. I just wish the area was not so high priced. The owners were very helpful and available to communicate with from booking to checkout.

Magical Beach House!

Super cool beach house next to Seaside! We had a group of 8 in ages ranging from 12-80 and everyone enjoyed the house. It is beautiful and provides everyone with a quiet space. The pool is AMAZING and outside table perfect! Everyone enjoyed the many porches and putt putt course. We would love to stay here again. The beach was a super easy 4 minute walk and about the same time to walk to the heart of Seaside. Loved, loved the house!
