This full renovation included everything needed to make this the perfect place for a couple or small family! This 2nd floor unit with a perfect location approximately 1 mile from Seaside and literally steps to the beautiful sandy beaches of 30A. Hulu live+cable TV for rainy days!

Easily walk to the beach. Great property!

This property was renovated and very cute and clean. It had everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrellas. It is right by a board walk to the beach, so it is super convenient! Walking to the beach was a breeze! Once on the beach, you do have to walk a little ways to get to a place you can set up because the beach is private right by the boardwalk, but it’s not bad at all. Highly recommend this property!!
