Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and a third pool with zero-entry, as well as an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Located in the Lake District across the street from the Lakehouse Pool and Boathouse, this home offers access to WaterColor’s numerous resort-style amenities, including the private beach and beach club!

Head inside to find a reverse-floor plan layout with a mix of sleeping accommodations on the first floor. The beautiful primary bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom, and front porch access. A grocery lift for easily stocking the kitchen and a washer and dryer add convenience for a worry-free vacation!
