We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! It offered the perfect mix of peaceful seclusion and great access to everything. While not directly on the beach, the house overlooks protected dunes and you can see the ocean from the upper balconies. Beach access was incredibly easy — just a short golf cart ride, bike ride, or modest walk to Dune Allen Beach and nearby beach entrances, so being off-beach was not an issue at all.The home was spacious, well-decorated, very clean, and comfortable for our family ranging from age 14 to 84. The heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center (with commercial-grade equipment) were fantastic. The included golf cart made getting around fun and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and serene, yet just minutes from great restaurants like Stinky’s and Shunk Gulley, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, shops, and everything we needed.The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the location — much less crowded than areas like Alys and Rosemary Beach — and it truly provided a relaxing and memorable getaway for all ages. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Tim and Lisa were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location is great-especially for those looking to stay at the quieter end of 30A, but close enough to all of the things that area has to offer. We would definitely stay again!

Great place!

Everything was great except for the refrigerator ice maker which did not work. We had to buy ice for the week and store it in the garage refrigerator which was inconvenient. Otherwise, It was very roomy, clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Annual Family Vacation

Each year our family gathers to reconnect and make new family memories. The Beach Hunter’s Home was the perfect place for us to gather. We all agreed that it was definitely one of our favorite places we have gathered in recent years. The golf cart was a big hit, and we enjoyed driving it and biking to local restaurants and shops. Thank you, Tim and Lisa, for sharing your home with us! We greatly appreciated the timely communications and welcomed warmth of your home.

Gorgeous house in a quaint neighborhood

My family and I had an amazing stay at this home for spring break! The view from the huge master bedroom was incredible, the layout of the house and 4 other bedrooms with attached bathrooms was perfect. I will note, we had an infant and there are no tubs on the property to bathe in, something to keep in mind. We simply used a tiny blow up pool in the master shower! The owners are meticulous and keep the property very well maintained; they do have lots of guidelines to follow during your stay, but that’s what keeps homes in good shape! My daughter LOVED the golf cart and pool area, both were amazing amenities to have! We spent our evenings driving her around the neighborhood to look for deer and wave at all the neighbors. Easy drive in either direction to Destin or seaside areas! The fort Walton airport was about a 40-50 minute drive from the property, which we didn’t expect, but that’s okay! Overall, this was a great place for families and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect place for a family getaway on 30A

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. There were nine of us plus a small dog, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house was very clean and had nice amenities, and the neighborhood was well situated for exploring 30A. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family get away.

Had a great time here with my kids and grandkids. Close to public beach access and to local restaurants. The golf cart is a nice addition.

Absolutely Perfect!

Incredible large home with plenty of space for a big family! It was a fantastic stay and would rent it again in a heartbeat. Owners were very responsive and kind. There was no better view than from the master bedroom! Perfect ocean views! We will come back!

Family Beach Trip

Beautiful home, we had a great time. The pool is very nice and the property is very close to everything. Never had an issue parking at the beach in the golf cart.

Beautiful home

This house is beautiful with plenty of room for family fun or “me” space. The golf cart was a great addition. I only gave 4 stars for overall experience because the icemaker wasn’t working for the first four days… a mild inconvenience. Also… We followed the check out procedures with 100% accuracy, but were still charged $100 for beach towels being placed with bath towels in laundry room when we left. Checkout Procedures say “ ALL towels should go to laundry room.” It should say “All BATH towels…. We never saw a note on the beach towel basket telling us to wash the towels and put back in basket. I’m sure the basket had been flipped around as children took towels out. If the checkout had said All BATH towels to laundry room I would have asked about beach towels. So … an extra $100 was owed because we followed the checkout procedures. None of the 9 of us ever saw the note on the basket. We just followed the checkout procedures as we read them.

Blissful Beach Vacation

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful home!! Tim and Lisa are incredible hosts! They were so communicative and gave the best recommendations to make our week extra special. This home is even more perfect than we could've imagined. We had everything we needed and more! We choose to cook our own meals for the most part and were able to do so with ease. We enjoyed The Donut Hole for a special breakfast and the adults visited Crust Artisan Bakery for the most amazing dinner. Highly recommend! The golf cart was an added bonus. We were able to enjoy a relaxing week of refreshing time with friends and family. Many memories made! We would not hesitate to return to this home. Thank you, Tim and Lisa!

Family Vacation

the check in and check out process was very easy. Lisa and Tim were very responsive. The property was absolutely beautiful and clean. We loved the location of the neighborhood. It was secluded and quiet but within minutes of all the activities of shopping, dining and sight-seeing. This property offered many amenities within the neighborhood. The beach is close by. We enjoyed a short walk through the Topsail Hill Preserve park to get to a quieter and more secluded area of beach. The entrance is close enough to walk or bike. We would definitely recommend this property and plan on vacationing here again.

Amazing Beach House!

This is our 2nd stay at this Amazing Beach House! Excellent Location and A Very Upscale House with ALL the Extras. Super Clean and Relaxing Infinity Pool. Thanksgiving Family Trip

My family wanted a place to gather from various states to spend the holiday thanking God for His goodness to us. This home was an absolute blessing!!! It was the clean and beautifully decorated. Absolutely wonderful

Tim and Lisa have a very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked home with amazing gulf views! We loved that it backs right up to the state park, so even though the neighborhood is dense, you feel like you have your own space in nature. The home was super clean and it’s clear they work hard to keep it that way. The beds, sofa, chairs, etc were all very comfortable as well. No old mattresses on creaky bed frames here! The kitchen was well stocked and we loved that the garage came with bikes and beach gear for our use. We rented a golf cart and loaded it with a canopy and cooler for the beach (ours, not included in the rental), plus various beach supplies from the garage like beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc. and had a great time each day. In early August we never had a challenge with parking our cart at the local beach access down the road. You don’t have to rent a cart, but we found it easy and appreciated it helped keep our car free of sand. Tim and Lisa made check-in/out very easy. They communicated extremely well and we’re always responsive if needed. The community pool and gym were also nice benefits. We’re excited to plan our next 30A vacation!

Tranquil Views, Great Location, Great Hosts!

We just finished our stay at this one of a kind property. I can’t say enough about it. The photos are super accurate, something that is not common on vacation home sites. We had 5 adults and 2 older kids stay here and we all had ample space. The decks were a real treat. The view of Topsail from the Master was stunning. Tim and Tina are very responsive hosts. Even while they were on their own vacation, they still responded promptly. We found the instructions given about the property and amenities were very clear. We would 110% stay here again, and highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to have a relaxing beach vacation on the Emerald Coast. Thank you again Tim and Tina for hosting us at your beautiful property. My whole family misses it already.

Exceeds Expectations!!

The house was the cleanest I have rented in years and the little extras like beach gear and towels, decor, coffee bar in the 3rd floor master, were unexpected and made our stay. It is very clear that this home is loved and is stunningly decorated and maintained. Communication with the hosts was above and beyond. The views were spectacular. My teens loved biking to the beach on the clear and safe path as well as around the neighborhood. I enjoyed early morning and evening walks through the neighborhood to include over the cypress walk to phase 2. My hubs joined me in the mornings and would them peel off to exercise at the amenities center gym. For future renters, the hosts are above an beyond! We enjoyed the blessings that abound in the home, neighborhood and on the beach! We will definitely be back!!!
