Llegué al lugar y me dijeron que no trabajaban con esta plataforma digital, explique que ya tenía el número de reservación y se había hecho el cobro y me dijeron que no podían resolver nada y que no tenían lugar disponibles. Me tocó ir. A buscar cualquier lugar a altas horas de la noche, cansados y con una menor de 6años.

VArado con mi familia en santa Marta

Cuando logré comunicación con el hostal, me dijeron que no había convenio con hoteles.com y no me ofrecieron ninguna alternativa. En definitiva, una mala experiencia el quedarse sin hospedaje en una cuidad desconocida. La dirección tampoco coincidió con la publicada. Todo mal!!
