Stayed for 3 nights. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Showed me around the property and gave recommendations about the area. Very welcoming staff. Very nice, simple and clean hotel in a great, calm and quiet neighborhood of zipolite.

This place was little more than glorified camping. No hot water, the breakfast and room were very basic. No blanket, no daily housekeeping, only one bath towel and no hand towels provided. No shelf or place to put any toiletries in the bathroom and the cover on the pullout futon was filthy. It was ridiculously over priced for the amenities. There’s not a lot of options in Zipolite, but I would look elsewhere.

This place has a lot to offer: an AIRCON (a true luxury in Zipolite) a king size bed, a working desk with high speed Internet (Starlink), a TV, a small fridge, a large balcony with a stunning view of Zipolite beach, equipped with an outdoor kitchen with a stove and table plus a hamac to enjoy the view, a private bathroom and a shower with the same view. On the main floor there's a small pool with long chairs to relax and a continental breakfast is offered. The owner and staff are very friendly. The hotel is at only 200 meters from the beach. There's about 50 stairs to climb to get there, but it's not a big fuss. True, the place is rustic and that might annoy some. But for us, pros won largely over the cons of other reviews.

La atención es excelente, muy atentos a tus necesidades. Muy bien en relación precio y lo que se ofrece. La habitación es amplia, con buena vista y el aire acondicionado muy bien. Ideal para familias. Cerca de la playa, pero considerar para personas mayores o con dificultad para caminar, que hay que subir escaleras largas para llegar al hotel.

Hotel bastante cercano a opciones de bares y muy cercano a la playa del amor, frente a las letras de Zipolite. las instalaciones bastante bien es un hotel sencillo pero tiene cocinera para que puedas hacer tus comidas ahí mismo, el único detalle son las escaleras para llegar al hotel, este muy inclinadas, lo recomiendo para gente joven, familias, adultos que no tenga. problema para subir escaleras. Todo lo demás, esta muy bien.

Ventajas: 1 La atención del gerente fue muy amable, nos ayudó a subir y bajar las maletas. Desventajas: 2 Las escaleras están matadoras, son muchísimas, si no nos hubiera ayudado, no hubiéramos podido subir con ellas y hubiéramos cancelado. 3 La alberca estaba muy sucia 4 A las 3 de la mañana se estaba golpeando muchísimo la puerta del cuarto de lado, pensé que se estaban peleando, al no escuchar gritos, tuve que levantarme para meterme a la habitación adjunta a cerrar las ventanas y con un fuerte golpe tratar de cerrar la puerta. 5 No había agua caliente en el baño 6 No hay estacionamiento y como renté carro, estaba preocupado por algún daño. 7 Está retirado del mar 8 En la descripción decía que tenía 11 albercas, solo tiene 1 9 El precio es alto debido a todas las desventajas
