Hosted by My Huatulco Vacation, freshly renovated Villa Tres Hermanas sits in the exclusive, gated community of Sueño Real — one of Huatulco’s most sought-after developments, known for its warm, welcoming community of guests and owners. Just a short walk to the town centre and all the conveniences you want (groceries, beaches, restaurants and bars), the villa combines prime location with peaceful privacy.

Perched above Santa Cruz Bay with panoramic views of Huatulco’s cruise port, Villa Tres Hermanas delivers some of the most breathtaking sunsets you’ll find anywhere on the coast. The outdoor living is a showstopper: a sun-lit infinity pool that looks out across the bay, lush landscaping, and a palapa-covered terrace with a wet bar — perfect for sunset cocktails and al fresco dining.

Inside, an open-plan living and dining area framed by floor-to-ceiling glass doors makes the interior feel bright and effortless, flowing straight onto the terrace and pool. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar is ready for anything from casual breakfasts to family meals. Additional comforts include a cozy study, satellite TV and high-speed internet.

Upstairs are three generous guest suites, each with king-size beds, private ensuite bathrooms and access to a shared terrace with sweeping ocean and mountain views. Every detail of this 2,000-square-foot villa—marble floors, tasteful furnishings and high-quality finishes—has been chosen to deliver luxury and comfort. LOCATION & BEACH ACCESS
The Sueño Real complex offers 24 hour gated security, onsite concierge service, and access to the shared adults-only infinity pool. This complex is perched on the Cliffside on Punta Santa Cruz, overlooking the beautiful bay below. A 15 minute walk to your choice of beaches - Santa Cruz or Chahue. Restaurants, snorkeling, boats and tours all at Santa Cruz beach.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.

This Villa was amazing, the views were breathtaking. I really enjoyed my stay here. Its not too far from downtown, less than 5 minutes in a cab, and about 20 minutes walking. I was very sad to leave. The staff and security were all very attentive and helpful when asking about places to eat at. The beaches were all very pretty! I cant wait to return and stay at this Villa.
