「Wonderful location in Santo Spirito, walking distance to many delicious restaurants & bars (and wine windows)! Lively streets at night and active mornings from businesses loading in nearby which can be heard from the room but this was worth it being close to all of the sights (10 Min to Boboli Gardens, 15 Min to Piazza della Signoria & Uffizi Gallery). over all stay was nice, but here's some cons..
The room was far from the lift and I had to use the stairs to access my room. the fridge was full smell of molds and so were free bottles of water, so didn't use it at all. Before I used AC, felt like the room air was not so fresh neither. if it was 3 star hotel, I could understand the condition... staff was nice and helpful, thank you!"
