Apartment within a very quiet condominium context. The house is on two levels. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, one double, a bathroom, a large living room and a terrace with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Tigullio. On the upper floor there is an additional bedroom with another bathroom where there is also a washing machine.

The space
The house is very comfortable with nice sofas and a large dining area. Outside, on the terrace, a pergola with a table for outdoor dining. There is also a nice stereo system and wi-fi internet accessible throughout the house and unlimited gigs. Large TV if you really don't want to enjoy the beauty of Santa Margherita in the evening.

Other things to note
There is a convenient garage a few meters from the entrance of the condominium. In the case of SUVs or large cars, parking on the street is recommended.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: the municipality requires tourists to pay a tourist tax of € 2 per person / day over 15 years for a maximum of 10 days. The amount must be paid in cash to be given in a single payment upon check-in.
It is also required to provide the details of a valid document for each guest. Preferably the data should be provided a few days before arrival. Registration is mandatory by law and data processed by the local police.
