The stairs down to the beach is 2 blocks away and downtown Pismo Beach was a 10 min walk where you can get good coffee and food. We all really appreciated how everyone could have their own rooms (with king size beds) and almost everyone had their own bathroom. The kitchen was big enough for us to all navigate easily and cook a large dinner one night. Will definitely be back...
