Very cozy, clean and comfortable

The house is very nice and clean, great design and very well equipped. Very comfortable beds and very friendly host. Highly recommended

Very beautifull and spacious housse

Antonia and her Son were very nice, friendly and communacative.The house is very big, with 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen with all, washing maschine also, italian coffee maschine and all you need to cook. A nice balcony with a little see view, parkplace in the street and a very quite district, with a restaurant at 200 mt and 2 other restaurants at 800 mt. Supermarket and bar are also not far. thanks for all Antonia! our holiday wass very wonderfull: we hope to come again.

Lovely spacious character apartment

Antonia and her son are lovely and check-in was very smooth. Prior to our stay Antonia answered all my questions. Staying with my eighty-year-old father and 17-year-old son, we each had our own bedroom and there were two well laid out bathrooms for us to use, which suited us perfectly. Well stocked kitchen for our needs although we tended to eat out. The apartment is super clean and beautiful with a lovely veranda with partial sea views. The area is quiet with some great restaurants, a couple of well stocked shops and a nice little beach, although there is quite a bit of seaweed (which can cause local issues with algae) and you may want to venture out in your car, which we did and had a great time. Recommend Alcúdia Old town and beaches to the north and the coast on the south east - all 30 minutes away by car. The only thing I would warn is that the bedrooms are not air-conditioned (living room is) and we were staying there during a bit of a heat wave. There are fans in the bedrooms, but some air conditioning or more powerful fans would make it more comfortable at night in August. A lovely large apartment nevertheless!

Hell und freundlich

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der hellen und freundlichen Wohnung mit überdachter Terrasse sehr genossen. Das ruhige Haus liegt unmittelbar am Meer und wir waren in einer Minute am naturnahen Strand, an dem wir lange Spaziergänge machen konnten. Viele Ausflugsziele sind von hier aus zu erreichen. Antonia und ihr Ehemann waren in allem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Schöner Urlaub sehr Nahe am Meer

Großes gemütliches Apartment, genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Schöne Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zur Straße. Neben dem gegenüberliegenden Haus kann man seitlich Ausschnitte vom Meer sehen, auch die Berge kann man sehen. In unmttelbarer Nähe fast direkt gegenüber gibt es Möglichkeiten bei ruhiger See mit Badeschuhen über die Felsen ins Meer zu steigen!! Oder mit einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Sehr gute Ausstattung in der Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Wir sind sehr nett von Antonia und ihrem Sohn Gerad empfangen worden, alle Fragen wurden auch schon vor der Anreise schnell beantwortet. Viele Grüße aus Hamburg!!

Emplacement superbe

Maison parfaitement placée. Mer couleur Caraibes face à la terrasse et cuisine. Grande terrasse ombragée. Grande chambres mais attention sans Clim!! , avec des ventilateurs. La pièce principale dispose de la Clim. Toujours une place devant la maison pour la voiture. Quartier très calme et sécurisé. Les Propriétaires d'une très grande gentillesse et très dispo et réactif . Location parfaitement située pour découvrir l'ile avec la mer à 20 mètres et plage de sable blanc à 300 mètres d'un coté et 400 mètres de l'autre. Du Bonheur!!
