We were very pleased with our stay at the Fort Marcy condo in Santa Fe. Linda and Harris have a lovely home with everything one could want for a comfortable stay. The condo was clean, well equipped, and the perfect location. We highly recommend this for a Santa Fe getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay from all perspectives. Jeff, our host, was super responsive, the place was an easy walk into the plaza (a little tougher getting back up the hill), location in the neighborhood near Marcy Park was perfect, the bed was super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

60 Days feeling at home

I stayed for an extended 60 day stay. The property was very nice, comfortable and convenient to the downtown area where my visit was centered. The surroundings were beautiful and the curbside parking was very convenient. I will book this property, if available, again as I come to Santa Fe for extended stays yearly.

Great Place and Great Location

We loved this condo! It is a beautiful place and it is perfectly located to walk in Santa Fe and see all the great sights Santa Fe has to offer. We were in Santa Fe for a week enjoying the Santa Fe Opera, which this condo is also perfectly located to get to and from the Opera easily. So I highly recommend this beautiful place to stay and enjoy Santa Fe.

Great Stay

Great location for walking around Santa Fe. It was a quiet neighborhood and loved walking across to Prince Park and watch the sunset. There was a little issue with ants in the condo but emailed the agent and he replied quickly and said they would take care of it.

We loved the condo! The location was perfect. It is beautifully decorated. Very nice well-equipped kitchen. The big king sized bed was comfy, but we didn’t enjoy using the little stools to get in bed. We are in our mid-seventies. Bathroom very accessible. Loved our stay!

This is an ideal space for a couple…or single…looking for a spotlessly clean, Santa Fe style, warm and cozy, well appointed refuge close to downtown. It is within walking distance, but know it is on a hill. We had one question for the host and he responded immediately and graciously. Highly recommend this place for a visit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, comfortable, well-stocked and attractively decorated.The smart lock made check in a breeze, and the in-unit washer and dryer was definitely appreciated. There was ample curbside parking close to the unit. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood and was a short driving distance from our destinations in Santa Fe. We had zero issues so there was no need to contact the property manager. We were very happy with our stay.

Perfect stay for a couple visiting Santa Fe

The unit was just the right size and very clean. Had all the amenities we needed and the location is fantastic! Historic Santa Fe is just four blocks down the hill. We rented electric bikes for the return trips up the hill and had lots of fun riding around town. The unit is exactly as described and the rental check-in and staff made it extremely easy. They went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Apparently there was an issue with the air conditioning system. They had set up two very efficient units which made our stay quite comfortable. Highly recommend this rental and will definitely rent from this company again in the future.

Everything you need for an HQ to explore Santa Fe

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming and convenient unit in Santa Fe! The location couldn’t have been better – just a short stroll to the historic Plaza, where we enjoyed exploring the local shops, galleries, and restaurants. We lost 4 hours strolling the galleries on Canyon Road! One of our favorite spots was La Mama Coffee and Wine Bar, which was only an 8-minute walk away. We loved starting our mornings with their delicious coffee and winding down in the evenings with a glass of wine. The property itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of modern amenities and Southwestern charm. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this listing to any couple looking for a romantic and convenient getaway in Santa Fe. We can’t wait to return!

Nice Property and very peaceful area

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property it was as described on the site. It was quite, nice furnishings. There were a few issues we did have but we did not contact the property manager as we were typically gone by 9:00am each morning and not back to the unit until after 8:00pm. The Wi-Fi was spotty the times we were in the unit. It was an unseasonably hot week when we were there and the air conditioner could not cool down the unit and it was very hot to try and sleep even with the ceiling fan going. We kept the front blinds closed since it is a sun facing unit but it was still difficult to sleep at night.

A wonderful place!

This apt. (or condo?) was just perfect for us (74 year olds). It was spotlessly clean with a good layout. Smallish, but plenty large for the two of us. The furnishings looked new as did the whole place. It was an end unit right on Kearny, so parking on the curb was very easy and close for us. The bed was VERY comfortable and large with nice linens. Nice bathroom and kitchen with seating for 4 at the bar and for 2 at a high table. It was great that they had 2 coffeemakers since one of us is caff and one decaf. The living room was comfy with a sofa and leather chair. The location of the ppty. was great -- very close to both Canyon Rd. and the Plaza. We could have walked except for the hills (well, we could have, but were lazy). This was a very last minute rental for us and the ppty manager could not have been more helpful. I'd give this property 6 stars if I could!

The place is amazing - just like the pictures! All details are thought of all the way down to the paper towels and toilet paper. I know that sounds weird, but I have stayed a lot of places and that seems to be an area where owners skimp. The condo is very clean and fully stocked. The bed is comfortable and lots of extra blankets. I do not have a review for contacting the owner...because we never had to. No issues, just a clean comfortable stay. We would definitely book here again.

Prefect location just outside town. Walking distance to all that Santa Fe has to offer, yet close to Atalaya and Dale Ball hiking trails. Awesome complex, good communication from all involved.
