Staff was as professional and helpful as they could be. This is an ownership issue. The place is in need of a serious rehab. Should not cost more than $30 a night in present condition.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was nice an clean, the b ed comfortable and it was quiet. The room refrigerator kept my stuff nice and cool. They have a nice little weight room which I did not use. And that was due to me having plenty of space in my room to stretchout on the floor with my mate. I see that they are during a good job on the needed repairs sense it is an older style hotel. It is in a good location, lots of places to eat, near a bus route. I must say I had an enjoyable stay.

Staff was good and helpful. Allowed me to change rooms at 2 am. Guests above me were up all night stomping on floor. Hotel had a lot of other sketchy guests as well roaming halls all hours of night. Room was clean and big though.

Great price, VERY easy check-in / check-out. It's obvious that they are upgrading the property - new bathroom fixtures, furniture, microwave, paint, hvac, etc. The stay went well except for a incident involving a small fire that showed the fire alarm worked, but wasn't very effective. The event was over quickly and no one was hurt.

We just needed a room after arriving late in ABQ and wanting to gain some time by driving north to sleep then continue to Taos. So as a room to crash with all the needed amenities and conveniently located off the freeway, it served its purpose however as a “vacation spot “ I would not recommend.!

I liked it so I stayed two nights. Clean and comfortable with a staff who were friendly and would solve problems quickly. Had a couch which I appreciated. Simple but great value for the price.
