"The staff was friendly and helpful, and even pointed out where we could get filtered water near the day spa. While the hotel does not have direct views of the beach, upon request they changed our room to one with a beach boardwalk "peek" view. The room was impeccably clean. The only downside was the room did smell like chemical cleaning agents when we arrived, but we opened the windows and let it air out while we were out to dinner, and it was just fine upon our return. Thank you Andrea and the rest of the staff!"

"Extreeeemely comfy king size bed, bedding and pillows. Quiet at nite (pool facing room fairly loud w happy children during the day). Nice variety at breakfast of eggs, delicious oatmeal, and yogurt for our vegetarian diet. Really long, dark hallways to rooms were slightly off-putting. Upwards of $20 per day fee (plus tips) for valet parking was a drag, but I guess that’s convenience."

"The desk rep was named Nathan I believe, and he was our first great experience of the stay. He was friendly, professional and gave me all the information I needed on the hotel....the surrounding location, shopping, restaurants, and told me how they serve free coffee In their lobby lounge area. I mentioned that because it's a big perk for someone like me, because it wasn't just free percolated coffee, it was lattes, mochas, and espressos included. Our housekeeper, Alma had the place looking spotless and was very friendly upon check out. Everything was clean and the room was beautiful. The view of the beach right outside our balcony was absolutely amazing and the beds were so comfortable. We had the best night's sleep. I definitely recommend this hotel."
