素晴らしい雰囲気

ホテル、部屋の雰囲気が素晴らしい。大聖堂からすぐでブラブラするのには良い環境。スタッフの対応も非常に良く満足です。

安心、便利親切,なホテル

又、セビリアに行くことがあったら、必ず泊まりたいです。部屋数少なく落ち着きがあります、301号室はテラスからカテドラルが見えます。おすすめします。

雰囲気あるホテル

テラスがとても開放感があり、朝ごはんがとても楽しく過ごすことができました。大聖堂やサンタクルスに近く、観光にも最適です。プールもあったのですが、残念ながら入れませんでした。次回セビリアに来た時もぜひ利用したいホテルです。

普通のホテルです

旅行中5つのホテルに泊まりました。満足度ではここが1番低いです。洗面所のアメニティは最低限のものしかなく、午後の無料のおやつも宿泊料に上乗せされてる感が否めません。スタッフも親切ですが、どのホテルも同じく親切でしたし、特筆するほどではないです。出発前に闘牛のチケットについてメールで相談しました。料金がわからないので、またメールするとの返事でしたが、結局なんのメールも返ってきませんでした。他のホテルの方はちゃんとへんじをくれましたので、その方に色々聞いて対処しました。いいところを挙げれば、部屋にお茶を飲めるセットがあること。スペインでは一般的にお茶セットはないため、ありがたい。あとは立地でしょうかね。4つ星以上のホテルの中では至って割り高ではあります。

市内観光に最適

フロントスタッフの対応がとても良いです。１６：３０〜１８：３０の無料コーヒー、ケーキ等ラウンジで楽しみながらこの後の計画を話し合ったり本当に良かったです。

立地は最高

　スタンダードではベッド横の壁に圧迫感がありそうなので、スペリオールで予約。案内された部屋はベッド横に浴室と隔て壁があり、これはスタンダードでは？と思いフロントに問い合わせら、スタンダードは０階（日本の１階）にあり、スペリオールは１階（日本の２階）に位置するということで、部屋の大きさは同じで、階が違うだけ。同じスペリオールでも間取りによって壁の圧迫感がない部屋もあるのか、ホテルのホームページのスペリオールを紹介する写真では宿泊したのとは違うゆとりのある部屋も。当たりが悪かったとあきらめるしかありません。ヨーロッパのホテルではよくあること。　部屋の窓側は通りに面していて、夜中までバールのお客さんの声が響いていました。ホテルロビー横のスペースで１６時半から提供される無料のデザートやパン、飲み物類は開始と同時に満席になっていました。　立地はアルカサル、カテドラル双方とも徒歩３～５分でとても便利です。立地だけなら、スタンダードで十分だと思いました。

観光するのに立地が最高です。スタッフもフレンドリーだし、無料のアフタヌーンティーも便利でしたが、部屋のかなり狭かったです。

便利で非常に快適なホテル

カテドラルのすぐ近くという便利な場所にありながら、静かで快適。スタッフもフレンドリーで、ティータイムも充実した内容。やや料金は高いが、それに十分見合う内容のなホテル。

どちらもパティオが素敵

セビーリャのCASA1800 カテドラルに近くて周辺にレストランが多いので、とても雰囲気が良く、治安の心配もなく過ごせました。ホテルのパティオの雰囲気も良かったです。グラナダのCASA1800 ホテル内部は悪くないが、ホテルへのアプローチがいまいち。通りからホテル入口までが狭い路地で、タクシーも近づけない程。しかも、ちよっと緊張する雰囲気で、最初は少し不安だった。

スタッフ最高！

1泊してチェックアウト後、バスターミナルに向かう途中、スーツケースが壊れて閉まらなくなってしまい、あわててホテルにもどりました。フロントスタッフは親身になって心配してくれ、荷物をあずかってくれたばかりでなく、新しいスーツケースを買えそうなお店をいくつか教えてくれました。買ってきたスーツケースのパッキングにパティオを使わせてもらい、コーヒーまでごちそうになりました。レビュー通りのホスピタリティに感激しました。ホテルは sevillaらしいオレンジの並木道を少し入ったところにあるかわいい建物です。カテドラルはすぐそこ。旧市街のどまんなかで観光の拠点に適していました。ホテル内のインテリアも、趣味が一環していて、豪華過ぎず、好感が持てます。バスルームの設備も整っていて清潔です。お部屋の窓からは旧市街の路地が見下ろせ、エキゾチックなムードに溢れていました。またいつか利用したいと思います。

カテドラルの足元

タクシーの運転手さんも迷うような小さな路地に面して建っていますが、とにかく便利な場所にあり、フロントをはじめ殆ど女性ばかりの従業員でくつろげました。狭いお部屋でしたが、清潔でアメニティも揃っており、また朝食とアフタヌーンティが無料で付いていました。

Great Choice!

We loved this hotel. It is close to everything. The room was beautiful and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. They even had afternoon tea and snacks every day. The rooftop pool was a perfect spot for a short afternoon nap to recharge for the evening. Don't hesitate to book.

Great central location. Close to Alcazar, cathedral etc. Loads of bars, restaurants close by. Staff very professional & efficient and not over friendly but courteous when required. How it should be in my opinion.

El Hotel Casa 1800 es el mejor situado de la zona, en el centro histórico, a 1 minuto de la catedral y la Giralda, en la puerta de los 3 bares de tapas: Las Columnas, La Sacristía y taberna Peregil, y no por ello se escucha ruido: está muy bien insonorizado. La estancia ha sido muy agradable, el personal encantador y detallista, el espacio acogedor, y la terraza de arriba con piscina, un acierto. Tienes a tu disposición gratuita café/agua todo el día, y, por cortesía del hotel, merienda todos los días. Lo recomendamos.

We stayed in one of the suites with Jacuzzis for our honeymoon. I cannot describe how beautiful this suite was. Every day the hotel gave us a new gift (eg. 2 bottles of cava, sleep eye masks, picture frame holders, etc). The hotel is in the center of everything and it was still quiet at night inside. The view from the terrace was absolutely spectacular. We could see the cathedral lit up at night. Really can't beat this place.

It was a gorgeous building, the PERFECT location, walking distance to all the big "must sees" in Seville. The rooftop pool is a perfect place to see gorgeous sunsets behind the cathedral. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here and would stay again. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and the front desk staff was always welcoming and friendly. We didn’t utilize the breakfast but did enjoy tea time every day and the water and coffee you could get any time. The location can’t be beat, numerous amazing restaurants and shops steps away and very close to the cathedral which looked amazing at night. The rooftop pool is small, but so refreshing after a long day of sight seeing, especially during the heat wave we experienced during our stay.

Great rooms, good location, though a few minor complaints about the upkeep and attention to detail in decor. The sides of doors not fully painted, parts of the iron headboard had become detached so parts were sticking out. Otherwise a good stay, good air conditioning. Needs to include breakfast for free at this price though.

During our Spain trip this hotel was everyone s favourite. You can’t beat the location and the room are comfortable and grand . The service is impeccable. If we ever return to Seville we would not stay anywhere else .

Lovely location, right by the cathedral and Alcazar. Beautiful room with period features and a huge bathroom. Also some really nice touches like daily afternoon tea, complementary mineral water, roof terrace with pool and bar service.

Luxury, comfort, and convenience

Beautiful hotel, amazing much needed air conditioning, beautiful rooftop patio and pool over looking some of the highlights of seville. Very central, great location, the amenities are endless including being able to choose a pilloe that best suit you. Cannot recommend it enough
