Nice and cozy apartment with a fantastic location in San Andrés, next to the beautiful Playa de Las Teresitas. Just a few minutes' walk away you can enjoy this wonderful and well-known beach. One of the best beaches on the island of Tenerife.

Located very close to the sea and the promenade. With the convenience of finding a wide variety of services, cafes and restaurants just a few steps away. This apartment is ideal to enjoy and rest, with everything you need very close and just a few steps from the magnificent beach.

It is a nice, comfortable and practical apartment. Equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay by the sea. It has a bright bedroom with a double bed. A nice full bathroom and an equipped kitchen. The living room has lots of natural light and access to a small balcony.
