Delicious apartment in Santa Cruz
Apartment located in an elegant neighborhood of Santa Cruz, a few meters from Las Ramblas and Parque García Sanabria. Suitable for five people. Completely renovated to new, comfortable, bright, full kitchen, washing machine, microwave, television, WIFI, etc. If you are looking for an alternative to hotels, but with similar services, where you can rest and enjoy comfortable stays, this apartment is the right option. You have two bedrooms with large closets where you can store your things and an impeccable bathroom. The dining room and kitchen make up a unit with great luminosity that allows you to be in a group. The apartment is located in a quiet environment, but surrounded by very interesting places.Through the boulevard of Santa Cruz, which passes through the corner, in two minutes you will be in the Parque García Sanabria where you will find yourself surrounded by splendid vegetation. In front of it is the Hotel Mencey, the best in the City, and by visiting Pilar street, visiting the windows of charming shops, you will reach the Center on foot in another five minutes. You will also find nearby restaurants for all budgets and shopping areas. You can get around on foot and enjoy the City or using public transport. The stops are a few meters from the apartment. There is public transportation to Las Teresitas, the city's "blonde" beach located in the San Andrés neighborhood, where you can enjoy a wide variety of fish and seafood.Santa Cruz is the ideal place for those who prefer to do City Tourism and from there, renting a car, explore the rest of the Island. The apartment is equipped with dishes, bed linen, towels and everything necessary for the comfort of the Guest . It has Wifi Internet and a 37" TV. No less important is its proximity to the Hospitén Rambla, the Clínica Parque and others in the City, which make it ideal for accompanying patients who come from the neighboring islands for a few days to undergo a operation or some treatment. Unfortunately, in general, I cannot receive my guests personally, but there is a box with the keys at the door of the apartment. I contact guests a couple of days in advance to give them entry instructions. The best thing about the location is that it is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, but close to the Center that can be reached on foot. It has in the immediate vicinity everything necessary for a pleasant stay, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, bars, restaurants. etc Free parking is on the street, you have to arm yourself with a little patience depending on the hours. There is paid parking about three hundred meters away. The local bus lines pass fifty meters from the apartment. The most notable is the proximity of Las Ramblas and Parque García Sanabria, a true botanical garden ideal for walking or simply sitting on a bench to enjoy the splendid sun and Canarian climate.

Appartement avec équipements pour cuisson de cuisine désuets et usés. Trois chiens qui jappent constamment dans l’appartement d’à côté et au dessus d’un bar. Bien situé mais pour quelques jours pas pour trois semaines. Photos au dessus de la réalité. Attente de une demie heure à l’arrivée devant la porte.
La comunicación fue execelente! Esta muy cerca del Hospital Hospiten y nos fue muy util!

La cucina non è ben equipaggiata. I vicini sono molto rumorosi con cani che abbaiano in continuazione. È però comodo per il centro e i bus.

Sehr gute Lage der Wohnung. Räumlichkeiten waren gut, Aussstattung eher spartanisch. Betreuung bei der Ankunft war organisiert (sogar deutsch sprechend). Einziger Punkt der kritisch sein kann: Das ganze Haus ist extrem hellhörig: streitende Nachbarn, Säuglingsgeschrei und Hundegebell sind ungefiltert (enden aber zur Schlafenszeit).

Tolle Wohnung
Strategisch gut gelegen, zu Fuss ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen.
Wer mit dem Auto unterwegs ist sollte Zeit für die Parkplatzsuche einplanen.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation funktioniert zuverlässig und sehr gut, alles lief wie verabredet.
Die Wohnung ist trotz ihrer zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig.
Ausserdem gibt es ein freies und schnelles WLAN.

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig aber gut angebunden in der Nähe von Geschäften, einem wundervollen Park und etwa 15-20 Gehminuten vom Plaza Europa. Die Buslinien 920 / 921 (Haltestelle JESÚS Y MARÍA) verbinden zwischen 6 und 22 Uhr (http://www.titsa.com/index.php/tus-guaguas/lineas-y-horarios/linea-920) alle 10-20 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum, aber auch zum Intercambiador, der zentralen Bushaltestelle zu Flughafenbussen.
Lage im 1. Stock.
Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Optik und Zustand der Wohnung sind einwandfrei, insbesondere das Bad und der Wohn-/Essbereich modern und angenehm gestaltet. Nur das Treppenhaus (Gemeinschaftseigentum) könnte wohl mal renoviert werden, aber für uns war das nicht wichtig.
Hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle Betreuung durch Marta, die sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch spricht und pünktlich und sehr zuverlässig Übergaben usw gemacht hat. Wirklich nett, und wir haben von ihr auch sehr viel über das Leben und den Alltag der Menschen dort gelernt.
In der direkten Umgebung liegt die Rambla, eine Allee inmitten der Straße. Etwas laut, aber eine Bühne der lokalen Menschen. Wirklich beeindruckend ist der Park Park Garcia Sanabria, eher ein botanisicher Garten.

Se encuentra situado cerca del centro de la ciudad con varios supermercados y restaurantes a escasos metros. Dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia en familia, ya que es espacioso y está muy bien equipado.
