"I stayed here with my family while we were visiting Santa Barbara. The location of the hotel was good. However, we got no house keeping visits, my room was cleaned once during my 5-day stay. I would not recommend staying here at all."

"Terrible experience, requested top floor, the lady told us there was no room. Even tho I paid with a balcony and then a couple asked for top floor and the lady said "one just opened up" not even 10 seconds after we had asked. What an absolute joke of a staff."
