We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this place. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and check-in was seamless and easy. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was fantastic, and everything felt clean and well cared for. Having a dedicated parking space was a huge plus and made our stay even more convenient. Overall, a wonderful Santa Barbara stay—we’d happily come back.

The property was clean. However, it was difficult to find the place, The number wasn't clearly visible. I was greeted by this person that I didn't know lived and worked in the property. I wish I knew so that I was expecting someone in close proximity. There wasn't any shampoo. The microwave was outside the property. Parking was very tight, There was an aircooler but no air conditioner. It was vert hot, and it was a tad bit uncomfortable in the room.

I spent 17 nights at Janina’s place in Santa Barbara, and the entire experience was absolutely fabulous. The Suite: It is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed is incredibly cozy, and there is plenty of storage space (including a spacious wardrobe and drawers) to keep your belongings organized. The Location: Nestled in a very quiet neighborhood, it is the perfect spot to unwind and rest. It is ideally located close to Downtown and within walking distance of convenient local amenities, such as grocery stores, food markets, and a laundromat. The Host: Janina is an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. She was always readily available and helpful whenever anything unexpected came up. I left with wonderful, lasting memories of this trip. I highly recommend Janina's place and would love to stay here again!

Parking is in front of garage and you have to back out into a somewhat busy street, doable but I had a truck... Cute bathroom, roomy shower but tiny toilet right behind the door. Nice and airy room, no TV? Roomy closet had a crib if you have small ones, a nice touch. Bed is a comfy queen, I am a restless sleeper and had a hard time with the memory foam mattress-once you sink in it's tough to turn over. Convenient location, nice private patio.

Yes it was a clean space, but the rental itself was different than the pictures provided. There are multiple rentals in one area. The driveway was very difficult to find at night, but I was glad the space was clean. Overall, the listing needs update pictures showing Suite B so you know what to expect and where to go.

Janina was welcoming and Room A was small but perfect for solo traveling. The road is close-ish to the off-ramp of a freeway so getting in and out can be tricky especially with the tight ramp. Very close to downtown SB! Recommend it
