Nestled on the second, top floor (with elevator/stairs), in a charming multi-unit Spanish-style property, just three blocks from State Street, this 405 sq ft retreat seamlessly blends historic architectural charm with modern luxury, minimalism, and convenience. Featuring a spacious private balcony with picturesque mountain views where you can enjoy your morning Nespresso brew or sunset glass of wine! This larger corner unit offers much natural light from multiple windows.

- King-size bed, sleeps 2 (Cool Gel Chill memory foam mattress)
- Two pillow types are available for each guest stay—a firm non-feather pillow and a softer feather pillow—for your comfort and selection.
- 55" Hisense QLED CanvasTV with Art Mode (streaming, casting, AirPlay - personal subscriptions required; no cable)
- High-speed gigabit Wi-Fi with dedicated network per unit + private guest network
- Samsung split heating & AC system
- Dedicated on-demand water heater per unit

- Free parking in private underground garage, on a first-come, first-served basis; accessible by elevator to all floors
- Free street parking if the garage is full
- No daily housekeeping; refresh service available for 5+ night stays (by request)

Clean and comfortable suite, exactly as shown. High quality linens and towels. Excellent location in Santa Barbara, close to shopping and restaurants, very walkable. Communication with staff was top-notch. Happy that they were dog-friendly too. Covered garage parking was a plus.
