「Well, your lady Irene is an absolute gem. She was extremely helpful to us, and easily and graciously sorted out the couple of problems we encountered. On the negative side, the carpet in our room, 209, was filthy. My wife walks around in white socks, and they were quite brown at the end of the evening. Everything else was satisfactory, but your cook needs to learn how to cook scrambled eggs..........I'm a chef... Thank you for a pleasant stay.」
