「Personale disponibile, struttura accogliente e pulita」

「The property is an old nunnery and the rooms are compact and the doors are loud when people leave in the morning. The beds and pillows are super hard. At least the rooms are air conditioned. It is 2 miles away from the historic, old city that is worth driving to and walking around. This area of the hotel is not worth exploring by foot. However, the breakfast was included in the room rate and was a 9 out of 10 served outside at the outdoor pavilion near the pool. We did not have dinner on...

「GREAT location and Excellent staff! Very helpful and tried to accommodate when the room was different than on Expedia listing. Rooms are clean and housekeeping comes daily if needed. 「Wonderful staff, and beautiful property. Would definitely stay there again! Luisa and Ivo Grazie mille a tutti a Villa Maria Teresa per un bellisimo soggiorno !」

「Great location to explore Gaeta and Sperlonga! The beach and water was amazing and so relaxful. JThe renovated rooms were nice and very comfortable. Only one option for dinner if you want to stay at the resort was the only drawback.」

「Extremely hard to get around specially if you are over 50 Food is horrible at the restaurant hard to get in and out your room ants all over room bathroom bed floor ceiling and they spray stuff does not help zero maintenance bathroom terrible I do not recommend it to anyone wants to have a piece of mind」

「Ottimo miniappartamento con tutti i confort .」

「Struttura più che adeguata alla categoria cosa che specialmente in italia non è scontata, pulizia camere ed aree comuni eccellente. Personale giovane, cortese e disponibile. Buffet colazione semplice ma genuino e gustoso. Personale bar attento e molto cortese. Esperienza molto piacevole 」
