"Great breakfast menu, AMAZING local spring!! "

"It was our first time in Japan and our flight landed at 9pm. We got on the free shuttle and it was very easy to locate. The hotel room was surprisingly huge and we had amenities including pyjamas. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was adequate with a lot of variety and the food was really tasty. Air conditioning was not great but there were fans and humidifiers available to rent for free on our floor, so we rented one. There was a currency exchange machine at the lobby and a Family Mart convenience store within the premises, where i did my luggage transfer swiftly and effortlessly. We spent two days at Gateway Hotel before moving to Tokyo and we took advantage of the free shuttle bus to the mall in Narita, where we got a feel of the area. We also got the free shuttle bus to the train station when we checked out. In all, it was a very pleasant stay and i would stay here again when next i visit."

"I had overnight stay for early morning flight out of NRT terminal 1. Convenient free shuttle bus hotel to/from NRT, easy to locate bus stop at hotel and NRT airport. Bus schedule is provided. On site Lawnson and coffee shop/simple sandwiches/burger, and Chinese restaurant upstairs. Room is clean with basic amenities needed for overnight stay. Very comfortable bed. Good lighting in room. Would stay again."

"The breakfast buffet had excellent selections and catered to everyone’s choices / rooms cleaned every three days with linen replacement - towels and yukata daily / temp control was great with AC or window options - I have stayed at APA before snd keep going back "
