This spacious apartment, recently renovated, has a splendid view of the coast of Sanremo from the first hills of Poggio (a hamlet of Sanremo). The accommodation is located in a quiet area, served and just a few kilometers from the center and the beaches. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed, a kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed, a bathroom and two balconies. Balcony equipped with a table and chairs, so as to guarantee during the beautiful days lunch/dinner with a view of the wonderful coast of the Riviera dei Fiori.
There is a covered and private parking available for guests directly in the building, for the complete use of guests.
In the immediate hinterland of Sanremo, on the heights of Poggio, we find this splendid accommodation recently renovated.
It is located inside a condominium, with a garage on the ground floor at the complete disposal of guests, going up to the third floor we find the entrance to our apartment.
Upon entering we immediately face the eat-in kitchen equipped with every comfort, to its left a large room from which to access the balcony that sees the entire city of flowers from an elevated point of view. Continuing inside, along the corridor, we will find the bathroom with a characteristic porthole, a bedroom with two single beds and a balcony and finally a double bedroom.
Except for the bathroom, you can enjoy the enchanting view from all the rooms of the house.
The accommodation is adjacent to the main square of Poggio, where we can find all the essential services such as groceries, post offices, bars and restaurants and a pharmacy 2 minutes from home.
The small square of Poggio is very famous in the cycling world for being a fundamental part of the Milan - Sanremo route.
Just a few minutes by car from the sandy beaches of 3 Ponti or those of Bussana (a hamlet of Sanremo)
