「Very old smelly hotel with no air conditioning and very weak WiFi. Upon our arrival we looked for the reception area and receptionist for a while since there is renovation going on and everything is blocked off. It felt like a ghost town. I had to walk around for almost half an hour to find someone who could check us in. Outdated rooms with dust and spider webs here and there. Toilet seat was I believe broken as it was moving all the time when in use. The church bell is also too loud and...

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The google map said Star Inn hotel so my taxi driver took me to a wrong hotel. Wished google map said the correct name.... Overall, it was a good stay. Thank you! 」

「レンタカーを利用して旅をしていましたので、インターチェンジから近くてわかりやすく、駐車場も無料で停める事が出来て便利でした。 ザルツブルクブルグ市内へも車で１５分程です。 ご家族経営のホテルでレセプションの奥様はとても親切です。 ザルツブルク市内のお薦め駐車場も教えて頂き、有り難かったです。 レストランも雰囲気、スタッフ、お料理ともに素晴らしかったです。 帰りには手作りジャムのお土産まで頂きました。」

「About the room, there is no complaint, I would say everything is average. Only one thing I faced problem is about key. Everyday my card key did not work... So, it is extra work to come to reception... (No apology on this to me...)」

「Breakfast was superb. Property exceptionally clean but communication from staff poor. We were not told about the local travel cards until we read about these locally. The lounge area is completely locked up before 9pm so there are no communal areas after then. Not sure if any staff remain in the premises overnight?」

Breakfast was served on a high floor with a great view, and there was a wide variety of options, including plenty of fresh vegetables and cheese.」
