Please note that the current renovation projects at Tarpon Beach have been delayed and are now going into 2026.

While the beauty of Sanibel remains, please note the following:

Work site safety is paramount. Be alert to heavy equipment moving around the area, make sure workers see you, and stay out of marked construction areas. Expect construction noise, onsite workers, large construction equipment, no assigned parking, or guaranteed covered parking while Tarpon Beach Association and condo owners rebuild from Hurricane Ian.

Beautiful finishes and stunning view

The condo was exceptionally clean and newly renovated. The interior design choices were gorgeous. The view from the deck/porch was stunning; Full ocean view. The property landscaping and pool were still being completed but that was no issue for us. The property management was very communicative and helpful.
