Beautiful 3rd floor 2BR/2BA with gulf view from living room, spacious lanai, master BR and kitchen. Sleeps 6 king, 2 twins, queen sleeper sofa and 2 rocker/swivel recliners. Master BR is private suite with full bath. 4 HD TVs with DVD players (1 Blu-Ray), CD stereo with iPod dock and free Wi-Fi. Very near elevator access and easy parking. Unit is beautifully appointed with Florida tropical furnishings and decor throughout AND is fully stocked and equipped! Both full baths feature grab bars and seated showers. Friendly on-site management and maintenance office. Ask about out special rates for extended stays at this lush tropical paradise.

    Features include a full-size kitchen w/ dishwasher and is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, dinnerware and TV.
    King master bedroom suite has walk-in closet, working office/desk and direct walkout to lanai and gulf view.
    Screened porch/lanai is spacious, comfortably seats 6 and has 2 ceiling fans with lighting - overlooks lush tropical grounds and Gulf of Mexico.

    Unit 108 is a fully equipped condo has everything except you and your toothbrush! Has a lot of little extras, upgrades and conveniences that most others don't have.
    Make wonderful Sanibel Island vacation memories and choose unit 108 at Sanibel Siesta on the Beach as your relaxing and fun-filled destination! Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. It was a beautiful proper property very well maintained had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking this place again. The only downfall was the construction on the property, but that’s OK. We enjoyed ourselves every day.

Great Time in Sanibel

Check in/check out processes were simple. Condo was as described and had a very quick walk to the pool and beach. Great central location on the island as well.

Great place for families

The condo was perfect for myself, my daughter and my two grandchildren. We loved the furnishings, the beds were very comfortable. Having beach chairs and an umbrella was a huge plus. We loved it and hope to come back soon.

Beautiful oceanview/beachfront condo

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The beachfront access was simple and the shell selection here was as good as anywhere else on the island. The staff were friendly and helpful. My family had a wonderful,relaxing holiday here.

Cute and quiet beach access condo

We had a wonderful stay in Sanibel at this condo. The highlights were: * The proximity to the beach - just walk home for lunch, don't even bother with prep. * The private pool - very nice compliment to the more public beach area. * The unit itself - well furnished and felt like home at the beach, not a "beach home". Would love to stay again.

Wonderful Stay

Very much enjoyed our stay at this residence. The condo was clean, bright, comfortable and just as described. The staff was friendly and helpful. The entire property is beautiful, quiet and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. Same goes for all of Sanibel and Captiva.

Sanibel perfection

Excellent condo. Beach was spectacular and shelling unparalleled. Property grounds still recovering from 3 hurricanes, so not very pretty, but that was expected. Interior of condo was perfect.

WONDERFUL EXCEPTIONAL CONDO

We found this condo to be extra wonderful. I traveled with my three grandchildren (all girls, ages 11, 15 and 16) and all our expectations were met or exceeded. It is beautiful condo and easy access to the beach. The condo was wonderful for a family of 5 to spread out and relax!! It had a wonderful lanai that was big and spacious. Would stay here again!! Stayed here 5 days. Relaxing. Condo was excellent, with everything you could need. Very well kept, and felt like home. Staff ( Julie and Sarah ) were very friendly and helpful! Grounds were well maintained. Great location and close to a lot of sights, attractions, etc. Would definitely stay again! : )

Outstanding condo!! Loved everything!!

Super clean, beautifully furnished unit on 3rd floor (elevator close by). Great beds and impressive bathrooms. Everything you need in the kitchen and for the gas grill in the courtyard. Chairs and beach umbrella too. Love this condo just steps to the beach!!

Wonderful beachside getaway

This is the second year we booked the place. Like last year, it was clean and nicely appointed. We had one minor issue this time around, called the property managers and it was addressed immediately. It's evident they wish their visitors a wonderful time and want them to return.

Very Nice!

Unit is very nice, clean and has everything needed for a pleasant vacation. Chairs, umbrella and a few toys are available in an outside closet for enjoying at the beach. Had one issue with which the unit owner contacted us directly and resolved quickly and professionally. When we come to Sanibel again, we will be sure to check if this unit is available!

Great place. Plenty of room for our family of 5.

Very cfortable and clean condo with a little gulf view from above the tree tops. Updated kitchens and baths. The property is very well maintained. Beach is a 2 minute walk. For such a large number of units, it does not feel at all crowded with the no vacancy sign on! We’ll be back. :-)
