「This is a great location where they have converted old warehouses into apartments and Condos. Durham city center is becoming the goto place and this location is right in the middle of it. "Although I did not know that the roomkeeping during the stay was not included in my plan, the people at the counter were so kind and communicated well, and handed out fresh towels set as well as amenity goods. Laundry machines are cashless basis but the payment did now work well. Around the parking space, there are enough number of ashtrays apart from the front door, which helped me so much!"
