Guest Suite near UNC!

Cozy ground level Guest Suite located in mid-century Kings Mill-Morgan Creek Neighborhood. Walking access to the legendary Dean Dome and UNC Hospitals. This charming woodsy neighborhood is also connected to the NC Botanical Garden, Morgan Creek Trailhead and Merritt Pasture. Downtown Chapel Hill and Carrboro are a 5 minute drive.
The space
The space features a plush down Cloud couch, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace making it the perfect place to sink in, put up your feet and relax. The kitchenette is equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and a small dining nook. Enjoy complimentary snacks, fruit and coffee. The bedroom features a queen sized bed with memory foam top, windows and plenty of storage. The bathroom is bright and contemporary with a rainfall shower and high-end toiletries provided for your convenience. Outside, there is a charming patio area, complete with outdoor seating making it the perfect place to enjoy a sunlit morning.
Guest access
Lighted guest parking is located adjacent to the suite with a sidewalk leading to the door. Guests will have keyless entry with keypad door lock.
Other things to note
The guest suite is attached to the house at 701 Kings Mill Road in Chapel Hill. The owners have two dogs and live on property. The one bedroom suite is perfect for two people but will accommodate up to four on the couches which are the size of twin sized beds. Extra blankets and sheets are provided.

Peaceful stay

This was a really comfortable and cozy apartment for two with plenty of room. It was nicely decorated with lots of thoughtful touches--snacks, coffee, plenty of towels, etc. The bed and sofas were a bit too soft for our taste, but we would stay there again. Hailey was super-responsive and kind.

Artist Retreat Near Botanical Gardens

Basketball weekend with son

This was a perfectly cozy little guest apartment in a serene, tranquil neighborhood right by UNC. Perfect location to visit the universities nearby. Owners were welcoming and friendly. Apartment was comfortable and had very nice amenities.

Quiet cozy stay

I had a lovely time in this cozy space- comfortable bed and a lovely living room with a workspace. There is a refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave. Perfect for my needs. Lots of attention to detail with plants, snacks tea and coffee. The host was ver responsive to my questions. Would definitely stay again.

Came down for a girls weekend. Was a perfect spot from all our college friends. Had snowy weather and Hailey was so kind and gave us sleds to play outside with. Super attentive and great communication! Loved every bit of it!

Cute & Convenient

Nicely furnished/clean back house property in lovely Chapel Hill neighborhood. Convenient for easy returns walking back following UNC sporting event. Ubered into town because of uphill, but walking back (down hill) was fine. Somewhat close quarters, but worked for 3 alumni ladies for two nights. Perfect for couples as well. Responsive, friendly hosts!

Great Location!

Stayed for three nights for a high school reunion weekend which happened to coincide with Hurricane Helene and torrential rains, so the circumstances were unusual. Had a little difficulty getting in with the keypad but Hailey was immediately responsive & helpful. Humidity was incredibly high due to storming and place had an unpleasant smell initially, but aired out as the days went on. Excellent attention to all the amenities & small details one appreciates when traveling! Location was exceptional for campus, downtown, reunion events and our excursions in every direction. Very comfortable place with friendly hosts but also nice privacy. Enjoyed browsing all the food-related books as a bonus!

Cozy and Convenient

This was a super cozy and convenient stay if you are visiting Chapel Hill for any reason. The owners are wonderful and very responsive. It was perfect for 2 people, but might be tight for 4. Some big pros: location, hair towel, make-up towel, snacks, keyless digital entry, responsiveness, privacy, etc. A few ideas for improvement/good-to-knows: there were only 2 forks and 2 spoons, and no butter knives; couches as twin beds are not super comfy for adults (sag); living room curtain is sheer so people can see in where you sleep on twin couches; temp control is in the main house only so you have to text to adjust (albeit the owners seemed very willing to adjust as requested); a little loud with owners walking above you throughout the night (awoke 12-3 am). Overall we were very pleased and would stay here again. So much better than a hotel!
